I have never enjoyed visits to a doctor’s office more than at Dr. Allseits! The entire staff has always been so knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help that they have created an incredibly pleasant office environment. Even when I need to have a blood sample taken, I feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your quality service!

The amount of headaches and debt Midway Specialty Care Center’s Grants and Programs Manager, Jiovanna Allen, has saddled me with is astronomical.

After speaking with Jiovanna, she stated I wouldn't owe "hundreds of dollars" to the office after "missing payments." I have never missed a payment with Midway, and when I’ve raised questions about charges over the past year, my concerns were met with Jiovanna’s gaslighting, deflection, and runarounds. Because of Jiovanna and an employee who no longer works for Midway, I had my first debt collection situation escalate over the course of an entire year because my previous insurance was billed. Instead of admitting fault for not asking about current insurance and trying to help, Jiovanna mailed this new $450 bill to me before promptly leaving the office for vacation, which only adds insult to injury and ensures a legitimate resolution is delayed even more.

Doctor’s offices — especially Midway Specialty Care Center — are supposed to help people in need of assistance, but I only seem to keep finding myself greeted by a stack of arbitrary charges and increasing debt. Please understand, Emmanuelle Allseits is a PHENOMENAL doctor along with the nurses and current front desk team. It's taken me years to find a doctors office I can trust, but unfortunately and unmistakably, two bad apples have ruined my experience and finances. My feelings are hurt and my trust has been broken.

I am 63 years old and I've had problems would doctors all my life it's hard to find a good one but these people here they are the greatest I don't care what the other 1 say these people are number 1. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I've never had a problem with appointments they were usally was in 10 or 15 minutes But the sweetest people there. These people Are So great I didn't know If I was gonna be able to get transportation, And they're all my favorites but my sweetie was gonna come by in pick me up and bring me to my appointment and then I would have to find my own ride home but that was very nice of them and I loved them for it there they are so great I know I am so proud and grateful that they took me on as a primary care doctor after I got my 1st treatment done I have much love for them BK

The headache and debt this office has caused me is insane. The communication is minimal. You're lucky if someone responds. Because of the lack of punctuality and professionalism with this office. I'm now hundreds of dollars in debt. Stay clear off this office. Don't end up like me. In debt for coming here

Avoid coming to this location the health personnel will have you waiting 45 mins to an hour after your scheduled appointment. The female front desk receptionist depending on who you’re lucky to encounter will be rude and unprofessional. Have yourself the headache and save your hard earned money find a different place. Just because they smile in your face doesn’t mean they will not screw you over.
