Company claims to be a freight company returned a desk I ordered 3xs and said they would deliver to the 2nd floor . Waited for the warehouse manager to call me to set up delivery never heard . Then they just dropped the 3rd one at the door to a college student who would need assistance getting it inside . Doesn’t deserve a star and odp solutions needs to drop this contract they have with this unprofessional company .

A week late on delivery. Every time I called they kept saying my order was going to be delivered on that day and it never was. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company for shipping/delivery. They’re unprofessional as well . They left my order outside the wear house. DO NOT HIRE THEM PLEASE!! No! No ! NO!

delivered my package to the wrong suite even when the suite number is clearly visible on the address
