Update to the Update:

I had to go through the whole process again of explaining everything to multiple people, but after a few transfers I finally got to someone who was competent enough to fix the billing issue AGAIN. Based on it resurfacing this past time I’m pretty much resolved to the fact that this is probably going to be one of those situations where I have to start all over with them every few years. I’m ready for the next time though. I will be collecting $$$ the next time this company harasses me. I’m telling you, just walk away from this company. It will be the best decision you’ll never know you made.

Update:

After writing this review over a year after I was FINALLY able to get erroneous charges wiped from my record, somehow those same billing error charges have magically resurfaced and have been sent to an attorney’s office for collections. It’s been resolved for a year. Here we go again. Not going through this again. About to sue this company into oblivion.

Just google "Rotech Class Action Lawsuit" and it will tell you all you need to know. They still actively partake in the same bad business practices that they were sued for. I personally dealt with it. They would bill me for accessories they wouldn't send me. I tried to get them to just take me off the auto accessory deliveries and that turned into over a years worth of nightmare. And that relates to employees both at this local office and in their corporate call center. Just endless pushing off responsibility, not following through, not caring about helping you fix the issue, endless phone calls having to re-explain stuff to endless amounts of representatives. After over a year of this I had to explain that I was literally about to reach out to the attorney's office that had previously handled the class action lawsuit, ONLY THEN, did someone care to actually fix the issue. I had to run up the chain through several multiple tiers and that person who FINALLY resolved the thing literally read the notes and was like "Oh yea, its pretty obvious what happened here. I see everything. I'll wipe these charges out and you won't receive anymore threatening letters." I forgot to include that part. THEY were sending ME legally threatening letters. But this just illustrates the total incompetence and lack of care by every single employee that I had to speak to and re-explain things to for over a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your doctor is going to send you to them as if that's what you have to do. And you not knowing your options you're going to go there thinking that is your only option. And they will set you up on everything as if its just the only way to do things. You aren't familiar with how the sleep apnea world works yet. They are. You don't have to even go through any of these companies. But certainly do not use this one. This company has changed addresses and recreated their google page an incredible amount of times. Go to your search bar and search “rotech” in Dothan to find all the previous listings packed full of terrible reviews.

Very scamy place. They wanted uploads all the time even though it supposedly connects to the internet to do that. Had to send in a sd card got another one said they couldn't read the data... on top of that was constantly threatening to have my equipment returned. I just returned it and bought one outright. Ill handle things between me and my doctor and not this weird third party mob boss like company.

They respond quickly and courteously and are always looking for solutions. This type of service is a shining example of what makes the free market system of America great. I can usually get any service need handled more quickly by these local professionals than I could sign on to some nameless, faceless, website and stumble through the "endless possibilities" of products. Never again will we do business with this Dothan based company again. When we realized they would take up to 2 weeks to get us a walker we asked homehealth to send order to another comany. They told homehealth they sent the order. Week later when following up on walker found out they did NOT. We were without medical equipment we needed simply because they wanted the money. Insurance paid 100% of everything yet they won't return my credit for 2 months. I asked for hard copy of what was signed electronicamy to find one page said "I authorize digital processing of my check, I DID NOT. I wrote first check no problem. Second ck digital. How can a company say I did something I did not? Just want you to be aware if you do business with them to be careful. I remember years ago this would not have happened

Very unorganized folders on desk tops messy file system lady was nice took my info insurance signed paper work didn't receive call like she said I would stopped in again week later after shuffling threw files couldn't find my folder couldn't look me up in computer finally found my paper work in mess on side of desk then told me my supplies where mailed have them by wends a week later same thing computer was down who are you let me get your number. Will call never got call. Terrible service.. Don't go here miss managed company needs to be better organized couldn't use computers or find files. Never got my supplies as I was told they where mailed never got a call back. Horrible horrible horrible service!!!
