I am a disabled veteran and needed a power chair lift on my vehicle. Dothan mobility kept claiming VA had not ordered and did not know when they could get it. A VA representative called me and stated it had been too long for my chair lift to be installed as VA keeps the boom lifts in stock and accessible at all times. My opinion is mobility products take care of non VA customers only to put off VA customers. VA customers have served this country and kept freedom for non VA people. The VA customers should be top priority instead of being ignored.

Service could not be any worse, have left my wife without her wheelchair for over 4 weeks. Chair is still under warranty. Have ignored my repeated phone calls. I have reported them to the factory (Pride). If you need any type of mobility products I suggest you go to Ozark.

Great staff. Best durable medical equipment place in the wiregrass. I know this because I call many before calling this business. I can't begin to thank them enough for treating my husband with respect and kindness and helping him get everything he needs.

My patient and I came in to look at the lift chairs today, and the employee, Michelle greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and courteous. Although my patient decided not to purchase a lift chair, we definitely appreciate Michelle for her help.

I rented a knee scooter from them and was very happy with the price and service. They don't file insurance but they were great for a short term rental.

Do not use this place if you need equipment. The told us they ordered my son's wheelchair on December 28 but they forgot and didn't order it till April 23. We kept calling and could not talk to anyone that knew what was going on. Pathetic customer service.
