Love this place. The front desk lady on the right is my favorite. She is the seetest lady and so nice and accommodating. I have taken my kids here for dental checks and health checks. The nurses and doctors are all just as nice as the ladies in the front. They occasionally have free samples of stuff in the front you can take. They are really fast, and i have never waited longer than 10 min to be seen.

I work in child welfare. You can imagine the amount of paperwork that gets mixed up or not sent when I have to attend a dental appointment with my youth. The young lady who checks us in for our appointments right down to the staff in the back are always so understanding and helpful when there is an issue. I love that this is our dentist office.

I have a great person that helps with my medical and good care of me and my family her name is Ashley Garrett It's a nurse practitioner she is very caring very precise and She is very patient Yes she make sure that she tries to get me all the medical things that I need to make my life easier And also the other people that work at the facility like the pharmacist they work with me on my medications and explain things to me when I don't know and I hope that Ashley can get more programs in there center to help people like me that have a lot of medical problems like monitoring them from home those type of services is greatly needed and would be up Help people that have certain medical conditions She is the excellent doctor We feel like she is a part of our family we love her very much. And I also followed her 2 year facility from the previous facility that she worked at

On the health side. Since Dr. Garrett came to work here the place is top notch. We hope she never leaves. She's so sweet and so thorough.
On the dental side. Don't waste your time. First visit I needed a tooth pulled and she said I needed an oral surgeon. $50 wasted. Next day I went to a different dentist and he not only pulled that tooth he pulled the one next to it. No problem. Then my son had a toothache and he went to this dentist and she told him the same thing. I got angry and said no family members of mine would never go there again. When I went to pay they said no charge but I noticed that on the referral sheet they said his x-rays are not available. So either way we got screwed.

Terrible experience. Hygienist chiped my front tooth. The so called dentist apologized and told me she would fix it. Well when I came back in the doc was there with the hygienist front of her and told me to my face that they didn't do it and wouldn't fix it after she told me they did and she would. Actually they tried to pull a tooth that another dentist in quincy saved. Which they said it was unsaveable. I had a beautiful smile. Now I got a hole between my front bottom teeth. Thanks pancare. The staff are rude and liars. Except for the lady at the desk. You're cool. But I wouldn't bring my dog to this place. I'd rather have my teeth rot out like most people in Jackson County before I went back
