This office was not great to begin with and as time goes by they get worse!! They have a very small group of great people that care (Barbie, Teresa, Maria), but good ones eventually leave just when you felt like you had a helpful one in the office. My daughter and I now handle everything for my parents because if not things don't get done! They don't answer phones, they don't call back when you leave messages, they DO NOT CARE about the patients, this is a business not health care. Dr. Morel should be ashamed!! DO BETTER people. Your patients need good health care and people who care about them. If you don't like dealing with people that have health issues, or are elderly, then you are in the wrong field! Rethink it!

This office needs to change. You can never get through to the office, they do not return your calls, my family member was sick for over a month, was told no appointments and was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics twice without being seen. I personally had to call multiple times, I just kept dialing until someone finally answered and I had to express the urgency and demand an appointment, they order a chest xray give a different diagnosis and now it has been over a week with no results. They had the nerve to say you can go to the hospital and ask them to send the results. WHAT? You’re the ordering physicians office!!! My family member is still feeling ill and this is the response? This treatment and lack of is unacceptable! This office needs to do better and treat their patients better. Or hire new staff that can get the job done!!

I highly recommend Dr. Fermin! She is very caring and listens to her patients. She was my mother’s doctor for many years and she took care of her up until she passed away from cancer. She has been my doctor for many years and has taken care of me and my health for many years. I don't ever think I could ever thank her enough for all she has done for mom and I.

Dr. Fermin is a wonderful doctor. I can't say enough good things about her as a doctor. However, I'm very disappointed that after only going there for a few months they dropped my insurance. The letter we received was very confusing and didn't clearly explain what was going on. Had to make several calls to her office and the insurance provider to figure out what was going on. It's frustrating having to start over to find a new provider after such a short amount of time.
