Everyone was very polite and professional but the time management communicated in the app was poor. I was directed to check in the office 15 minutes before the appointment time. I physically checked in 29 minutes before my scheduled appointment so my appointment time on the app was updated to 24 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. I was called into the exam room 50 minutes after my original appointment time and still had to wait another 10 minutes after the initial triage for the NP to walk in and confirm my own diagnosis and prescribe treatment in less than 90 seconds. All in all the experience met expectations given the state of Healthcare in the US but the app miscommunication really impacts the satisfaction expectations.

Spoke to front desk and I was told it would be 140 for xray and get seen. When I went in for the dr to tell me my son doesnt need an xray and I said what did I pay 140 for? She said to basically get seen by her and she made me feel bad about wanting to get my son an xray saying if I want my son to have radiation then she can do it if thats what I want. And I said well if its included yes to rule out. She then made another comment about radiation and at that point I just said nevermind. So I paid 140 to have Dr tell that she didn't advise xray and to have him elevate and take ibuprofen lol. That place is a joke. Go elsewhere.

This Urgent Care is AMAZING! You schedule online,so it’s very convenient. You can also cancel if feeling better, or reschedule easily. The staff are friendly and kind. Cristina is a rock star! Patient, thorough, and always professional.

I was very pleased at the services provided at this facility. The staff was very caring and professional. Their appointment system is exceptional and should be the model for all healthcare facilities. I will consider using them again should I need attention. I only have one complaint. The examination table was extremely worn out and dirty. It was dirty enough that I was uncomfortable sitting on it, and I immediately moved to a chair once I noticed it's state.

Waited 2.5 hours after I was told there was only 6 people in front of my son. After seeing two different groups of 13 people in total get called and taken in, My son’s wheezing was progressing so I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer and was given attitude and told people had appointments. I said I understood but I heard as a lot of them answered the question that they were walk ins. At that moment I called Tru care urgent care and they told me to go see them and took my son right in. I don’t recommend this urgent care at all. While sitting in the lobby a few other people left because of how they were being treated and the wait.

I have gone to this location a few times, and due to their customer service, is the reason I keep coming back. I appreciate honest reviews, so initially I did have some issues getting in touch with someone. Which I can understand, people are still people and can’t do everything all at once.
However, the response I received today was well worth the visit to this location. Best way to explain it if you’re native to the south, is almost like going shopping at Publix but for healthcare. The staff is friendly, and even tho there are some things they can’t fix and your body just needs to go through the motions, they at least try to do their job and get you the best care they can.

The wait was a little long for an urgent care appointment, but I realize that it is sick season and the staff are working as fast and hard as they can to accommodate all patients. Once back in the room, I was cared for quickly and efficiently, and I am feeling so much better thanks to the care provided by the APRN. Thanks very much! The best urgent care in Palm Bay!
