I had to go to River’s Edge urgent care on a Sunday I had a UTI. They were so pleasant and kind. I was leaving for a cruise that afternoon. I was there at 7:00 and out by 7:30. Dr was on point with what I needed all the staff was great. I appreciate the effort to make you comfortable. I went on my cruise and was feeling much better. Thank You

My wife has visited this establishment 3 times, and her experience has gotten worse with every visit. Her first experience was with Dr. Festa, who was excellent. Her latest experience was with a male doctor who basically said "I can't do anything for you, go to the ER." The reason we went to urgent care was because her condition did not warrant an ER visit, let alone ER prices and wait times!

But the biggest red flag is that they billed the wrong insurance company (my wife had recently switched carriers, but presented her new card when she checked-in), thereby suspending my HSA acct because I cannot provide an Explanation of Benefits.

When I called to explain this situation, mgmt has no compassion, and would not refund the visit fee even though my wife was in the exam room for 5 mins, and was not treated in any way, shape or form. However, they did finally put a billing request through to the correct insurance company.

From my first phone call asking about self pay, which at $175 seemed reasonable, to picking up my script in less then 2 hours from that phone call, I was very impressed with this office! Our experience with other urgent care has never gone as well and I would definitely recommend as the price cover all services needed under one dr visit. Open early bur also closes earlier so that's one downside..I'll refer everyone I know though

Putting the care back in urgent care. Aslong as the doctor hasn’t seen to many people the job he signed up for. Cause then you’re going to wait and when you call him out for sitting in his office bullshitting with the nurses he gets mad cause you called him out and he’s seen so many people since seven am and golly gee it’s 12 pm which now that I’m doing the math. You saw 4 people an hour. Brother that’s not a lot of people and if it is. Find a new job you can handle cause while my mom was sitting crying in pain you were doing what? Calling in prescriptions? Ok there was no one in the waiting room after her. Couldn’t it have waited? The 3 nurses I spoke to can’t call them in for you? I’m really struggling to see how this is putting the care back in healthcare. It seems like you just don’t wanna do hard work and see a lot of people. Anyway. Go here if you got time to kill and are in a manageable amount of discomfort. Cause he’s got phone calls to make and you’re gonna have to wait until the king here is done.

Walked in with a massive sore throat couldn’t swallow without horrible pain. Got a shot and meds. 2 hours later the pain subsided. Slept all night and no pain in the morning!!! They’re the best I’ve had in this area so far! Thank you 😊

Omg I'm literally at the urgent care right now ..and the blond nurse she's such an amazing person with a lot of compassion she listens to your concerns and she's also extremely cheerful which I do appreciate. She really made my day .. if I could give her more stars rating I would she's amzing

Hands down, the best Doc i have seen in my lifetime. Listens well, she’s compassionate, down to earth and truly has a heart to help. After a very painful 5 days into my recovery after surgery she was referred to me. With in 30 minutes she had an entire recovery course for me. I left her office in very little pain and with such comfort knowing she was here to help me. She is incredibly knowledgeable! She will not only be my primary but my whole family’s from here on out. A million thank you’s to you and your amazing staff!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and decided it’s time to give my support online! I kept coming back for Dr.Chris and her ability to give me honesty and sincerity especially since I’m younger, which many professionals tend to brush me off. However I had an appointment today with Dr. Hall and at first I was a little nervous seeing someone new, but RIGHT AWAY she was easily someone I could trust and communicate with clearly! She is extremely professional and went over the moon to help me in my appointment today. I can not thank this practice enough for helping me how they have. Dr.Chris herself is amazing, but her entire staff and other practitioners seem to be hand picked and are truly the cream of the crop.
