The doctor and nurses,staff were fast ,thorough and very helpful in a real time of need. I'm so grateful and have had the first week in over 7 years of real pain relief! Finally. I will be consulting with my doctor on appropriate measures and solutions for the future,but can't thank them enough enough for getting me through an excruciating experience in the kindest ,fastest and safest manner. So thankful for real and safer solutions.

Complete chaos. Poor signage upon arrival. Facility is old and worn down. They wheeled a patient an IV into the waiting room for an hour. Waited 2 hours with a serious UTI and finally gave up. Go to Care Spot.

I don't know what to say. We have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before. All he kept saying that they didn't prescribe narcotics. We never asked for any. My husband has pain due to cronic hemorrhoids and prostate issues. The doctor said there was no surgeon there to perform it. We should have known when we looked up the hospitals rating, and it was poor. I wish I had gotten that doctors name. No one could help us with where we needed to go next. We're full-time travelers, and this is a new area for us. But no help from the back desk. The admitting people were awesome.

There’s nothing worse than going to the ER after vomiting for over 4 hours to the point you’re only throwing up clear liquid, with body aches and chills so bad only an ultra hot bath gives relief-for a few minutes-crushing pain in your chest-feeling SO dehydrated, for the ER physician to tell you (off the bat) “you’re not really an ER.” What an awful thing to say to someone with their four month old baby at their side. This was after the Orlando Health acquisition too. SAD. If I could have handled a longer car ride I would’ve went elsewhere, but to me, it seemed I was having an ER. I was given morphine after 2-3 hours of waiting and asking for something for my pain 2x and released, reminded, I wasn’t an emergency, referred to my PCP.

My husband got my exact symptoms 1 day later.

I am very pleased with the medical service I received. Starting with the registration. Very pleasant and patient.
I was seen rather quickly. The nursing staff is exceptional. Dr E. Arias was very professional, gave me clear explanation of my condition, never felt rushed.

6 hours and nothing. I'm 65 I fell in shower on my right arm. X-rays showed nothing, should of had an MRI or C-Scan. So 5 days later I can barely move my arm without screaming. Probably causing more damage. Doctor never even examined me, or tried range of motion with my arm. Left with no anti- inflammation meds, or anything for pain.

Felt very taken care of in the fastest and most professional way. I would like to thank everyone there for exceptional care. Got taken to room, and sat there for nearly 4 hours. Not the first nurse, Dr, or anything came through the door. They don't deserve even 1 star. I left and went somewhere else
