Go here at your own risk. Was a patient here for years before ending up in the emergency room for something I went to the office for and could’ve been easily detected but was not. This happened twice. Will be filing complaints with the necessary boards. I’m otherwise young and healthy this almost made me disabled for life. I stayed because the providers seemed nice but nice doesn’t keep you healthy. Also the front desk staff is horrible. So rude when you really need an appt or a refill on something and when I complained I receive backlash from the providers defending their actions. Atrocious office, a name change and a new owner will not save this practice from the horrendous way they operate. Lawsuit waiting to happen

While I didn’t have any direct issues with the provider I was seeing, I did however have less than ideal interactions with the facilities staff. I was spoke to in a very unprofessional manor when scheduling an appointment. I was not able to schedule with my provider until the middle of November with an issue I had been dealing with for two weeks now. I then scheduled an appointment with another provider at this clinic and was called only a few short hours before my appointment being told rudely that this wasn’t how that worked and I wasn’t allowed to see another provider as they’d have to switch me entirely over to this provider and insinuated that apparently I was supposed to wait til November to meet with my provider. Just terrible customer service IMO and a clinic I will never be returning to because of how this situation was handled and how I was treated. Not how you want to be treated when you’re sick and just looking to get care and find a resolution to your illness. If there are not appointment times available within a reasonable time with a current provider, it should not be such a massive issue to schedule with another provider in the same location……

Dr Blessie is very unprofessional. i have a sinus infection. my insurance is covered at her office. over the phone i said the reason for my visit is a sinus infection. so i can into the office for my appointment and she proceeded to yell at me and kick me out of her office because i came in with a sinus infection. didn’t even make it to the back of the room. this doctor came out the door and instead of calling my name to come back for medical attention she proceeds to disrespect me. i have never in my life been treated so poorly by a doctor or office because of me having a sinus infection. do not go to this place. i was yelled at on the lobby in front of many people for coming in with a sinus infection. now i have to find a new primary because this one is incompetent and unpredictable. she’s not stable

I met with Blessie Clontz. I am grateful to find someone in the medical field who listened to my concerns and gave me great advice and options. I am finally on my way to feeling better.
The staff was pleasant and very kind from the moment I walked in to the moment I made my follow up appointment.

I have been going to Dr Geiger for quite some time. I asked him to please send me for X-rays and MRIs of my neck and shoulder bc they have been increasingly painful and I can’t sleep or do anything. He wouldn’t prescribe the studies and asked ME to find other doctors for the neck and shoulder. I also asked if he would prescribe Tylenol w codeine and he said that I should go to a pain doctor and again asked if I could find one. I left there with pain and no closer to find out why I’m having more trouble w my neck and shoulder. I did call several doctors orthopedic and they all told me to bring my MRI and X-rays. I told them I didn’t have any and basically told me my dr was an idiot for not getting the studies. I’m very upset about this!

My husband and I had to find a new general practitioner since the one we had been going to we were informed that as of Jan. 1 they were out of our network.. we had a very informative visit with Alexis…. She spent alot of time answering all of our concerns and questions.. we did not feel rushed and she is very knowledgeable with all her information..we would recommend her to all of our friends…she also gave us some very good referrals for doctors that we needed to see!! Thanks.. Alexis..we feel so much better now that we have found you!!
