Dr. JORGE NONELL, is one of the most EMINENT doctors I have EVER encountered. I have had numerous visits to this urgent care center and am a healthcare worker in my 60s .
He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, has outstanding bedside manners and truly goes out of his way in listening and assessing his patients. There are no words sufficient to to describe the stellar caliber of this Doctor!

I recently I had a severe pain in the right side of my back, 10 out 10, could not get appt with any of my regular doctors so I went to Omni Healthcare Urgent Care center on Minton Road in Palm Bay. I signed in, described my symptoms quickly provided my information and insurance to check in. Within minutes I was called into a room and had my vitals taken and answered a few questions about why I was there. Immediately, Dr. Jorge Nonell came, introduced himself then began a full check up and examination while asking questions about the pain in my back. I told him I thought I might have a kidney stone as they run in my family. It was late in the day and the offices close at 4:00 pm but he was concerned so he called Atlantis Diagnostics Imaging to see if they could do a CT Scan. They were closing but agreed to wait for me to get over there to do the scan. After signing in I was taken back to get the CT scan done and the results would be sent to the doctor. Needless to say, I was so grateful to the most wonderful staff members who stayed to help me after hours. The next day Dr. Nonell called with the CT results - no kidney stone and he believed the pain was muscular so he prescribed medication to help and advised me to follow up with my primary care physician as he noted a few issues, unknown to me to discuss my primary doctor. I tried to recall anything that could have caused me to have so much pain in my back and realized that for 4 days in a row I had to fill in over 30 giant armadillo holes in my back yard with a shovel every day and, as I am a senior, my body was not used to that much repetitively motion to my back muscles. For now, the holes it is still making every night are going to stay until all that it is digging and eating will be gone and it not come back, hopefully, fingers crossed!

I highly recommend both Omni Urgent Care on Minton Road and Atlantis Diagnostic on Apollo Blvd. as they are true professionals that go out of their way to truly care for everyone that walks through their doors. The entire staff is so lovely!!! Very caring and kind. My baby was so sick, I was so panicked about it but coming here really put all my concerns at ease. Dr Nonell was amazing and truly went above and beyond with her and even asked about her other medical conditions to make sure she had sufficient meds for when we go home.
We’ve been to 4 different urgent cares for our kids over the years and even Holmes ER and this is the very very very best quality of care that we’ve ever received.

Best visit to an urgent care that I have ever experienced. I had severe back pain. Dr. Novell gave me a thorough exam, sent me for x-rays and got me a referral to a specialist (all within an afternoon). I highly recommend this Urgent care center.

The ENTIRE staff there earned 5 stars. If I could give more, I would! The front office staff, Taeshia and Jaylin, are very friendly, kind and patient. The nurse, Tabetha, is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Nonell is phenomenal! He has restored my confidence in doctors. They have restored my confidence in medical care. It truly is how medical care ought to be.

Came in after visiting my PCP, since my PCP was to busy to send in a authorization for an antibiotic for an infection. The office staff and doctor truly cared for my concerns and helped get the prior authorization done before leaving the office. Great experience and highly recommend! They just don't have offices like this anymore.
