Awful staff. Jasmine is so rude and they treated my daughter with zero regard. Anytime I called with a concern, I was sent to urgent care instead. Last time my daughter had a high fever , I took her to the ER, she had the flu. After the ER we went home and she started catching random nose bleeds. We called Pizarro to ask if she thought it may be caused by the flu, to which jasmine referred us to urgent care. That’s when I lost my cool and asked what is the point of Pizarro being here DR if she always gets referred
To urgent care. Jasmine got super rude and hung up the phone. Through me not accepting that as an answer anymore, we later got an appointment that same day that they said they didn’t have any availability to see her and also couldn’t just answer. My simple question over the phone. When my daughters father expressed his concerns with their lack of concern for my daughter as her Doctor, Pizarro response was “if u need a doctor available to ur daughter whenever she needs then u will need another doctor. …. How a doctor doesn’t expect to be needed but always needs another in person appointment to get any help at all to collect that insurance check is wild. Never got any clear answers anytime my baby had anything going on. Horrible doctor, horrible staff. Very surprised her office is still open. Super unprofessional and actually made me question if she is actually a doctor or one of the frauds that put on a coat and play pretend. The office is also very ghetto and not the most cleansey.

Very careless of their patients. The front desk girls always have attitude. They will make you wait a month for an appointment no matter how much pain you are in and already been seen there before. Find a doctor who truly cares and don’t waste your time!

I just want to say that Dr. Jorge Nonell and his staff at the urgent care are incredible! They were professional throughout our experience with our toddler who came in with a fever and rash. Dr. Jorge was very thorough and compassionate and even called us to follow up on how my daughter was doing. I never experienced such fantastic care at an urgent care and they are amazing.

I attended the urgent care here and was really impressed with the quality of care and overall service. Dr. Nonell is an exceptional clinician who took the time to ensure that I understood everything. He was very thorough throughout the entire process and provided the space for me to query or clarify things. Tabetha was equally caring and diligently went through the steps to ensure she was prioritizing patient care. A seamless service, with very little wait time. Highly recommend!

I can only say Dr.T is the best Doctor, a compassionate and caring human being. My husband and I have been under his care forever. He is fantastic and genuinely cares about providing the best care for his patients. I would recommend anyone looking for a caring, understanding, and supportive Doctor.
Check out Dr. Taraschi because he cares and makes you feel like a family member. Highly recommend.
Also, The staff at his office is always pleasant and helpful. Everyone does a great job there! Thank you!

Dr. Martinez and her staff is amazing!
She has been taking the best possible care of my husband and I since we moved to the area four years ago.
She and her nurse are so warm and comforting at each visit and she pays very strict attention to all our health needs.

I just recently moved to Palm Bay from Massachusetts. I had a great doctor relationship for 30 years with my primary. Had really high standards after having a great doctor all these years. After two visits with Dr Harry Dias , I knew I got lucky. He is very thorough and personable with great follow up. He took extra time to point out how to save money on prescriptions. I have to give him a five star based on him alone. The office staff was great too! The facility could use a little polish but I would rather have good people than sparkle.

Incredible. I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Laura Moncada and 2 days before the appointment we received a call telling us that they're cancelling the appointment because she quit the practice. We asked for another doctor and were told other doctors don't take Ambetter insurance. What horrible practice they have going. Highly recommend against them.
