This hospital is so amazing and Iām so thankful for them helping out my dear senior friend who is going through many transitions in her body. They were able to test out to see exactly what was wrong with her. They found out that she had to 3 -infections and she almost lost her life. Sheās currently on life-support and they were able to stand by her side And so she will stabilize. Thank you so much for your efforts. Way you guys truly cared for her and stood by her and make sure she got the best care one by one. Everyone was very polite and made sure she was able to breathe again. Some people have special gifts to work in a place of trauma. Iām happy God chose you guys.

Recent ER visit with my mom who has pancreatic cancer stage four. My sisters and I take care of her and when she has been with me, Iāve had to take her to this hospital so far twice the first time was exceptional between the ER and having her admitted. I have to say it was five star treatment. The nurses and doctors are outstanding! My momās usual team is Cleveland clinic which I believe sets the bar for medical care. But PBH Health First has proven again last night that they are not so far behind! The nurse practitioner on staff believe her first name was Leah she was superior,understanding , communicative, professional and most importantly cared. In my opinion the way she wouldāve handled it as if it were her mom. Thank you to the team behind the scenes who made everything possible to have her transferred for her much needed surgery! If you donāt hear it very often, you guys are doing a great job and doing so much better than expected thank you for all you do for everyone and their loved ones šš«

I spent six days at this hospital last August, and I can honestly say that the care I received, especially from the staff on the third floor, was extraordinary. The nurses, doctors, and every team member showed such compassion, warmth, and genuine care that I still think about it to this day. Itās rare to find a place where everyone, from the dining services team to the transport staff, treats you with such dignity and kindness. Each person made a challenging time so much easier, and Iām incredibly grateful for every interaction I had.
The people from Dining Services went out of their way to make sure my meals were just right and tailored to my needs. And the people who transported me to and from surgery were so reassuring and gentle, helping me feel safe and supported every step of the way. Itās a level of dedication and compassion that I never expected but will always remember. Iām genuinely grateful for each person who cared for me during my stay; their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you to everyone on the third floor ā youāre truly amazing.

has been one of the worst and most traumatizing experiences Iāve ever been through. I came in because I was on the verge of having an asthma attack, barely able to breathe, and coughing up blood. Despite this, they made me wait until I was struggling to breathe before taking me to a room.
The doctor ordered medications I had already refused because I didnāt need them, and now Iām being charged for them on top of other unnecessary orders that were later canceled. Dr. Kyle verbally told me he was going to order multiple things, and I clearly told him I did not want or need the medications. I specifically said I didnāt want their expensive ibuprofen because I already have it at home.
The nurse was blatantly rude, getting in my face and dismissing my concerns, saying it wasnāt their problem that the doctor ordered medications I didnāt want. They noted that I ārefusedā the medications, even though I had made it clear from the start that I didnāt want them in the first place.
As a full-time student who just spent my last $20 to make it to the emergency room, I expected a hospital to provide careānot to exploit patients. Instead, they prescribed every over-the-counter medication with a fancy name to pad their profits, showing no regard for my well-being. This is unfair and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you have a loved one or anyone even yourself and you need emergency care do not go here they only care about the profit they make they do not care about your well-being

Worst experience I have ever had in a hospital! &I have been to plenty over the years for various reason. Registration was horrible and has to be uneducated! The nurse by the name of Matt was rude, nonchalant, very rough and extremely condescending! The ER department was very untidy and unclean. I was unclear of my discharge orders from the PA and had a doctorās note with no indication or explanation of how long I should ārestā. As a nurse myself I do criticize everything but I know I am not overreacting about this emergency department. Iāll never return to this hospital, they can let the Lord just come take me becauseā¦..NO! Never saw but 1 smiling face in my 4 hour stay and about 20-30 people passed by.
I will be calling with a complaint as well!

I had a terrible experience at this hospital, I spent hours in the waiting room screaming and bleeding in pain, yet no one helped me. The staff showed no urgency or empathy, leaving me feeling neglected and unsafe in a place meant to provide care. I hope they improve their processes and train their staff to prioritize critical cases and show compassion, so no one else has to go through this.

I want to say, I do not like hospitals, I don't like their boards, the money they want from you etc but I was just there for a surgery and I must say out of all hospitals I've ever been too this place was great. The bedside manner from every nurse to every dr was impeccable. From surgery to recovery until being observed on the 3rd floor. I want to give thanks and kudos to nurses Nancy, the 2 Heathers,Cari and Melien. All amazing and showed true care. As a person who works in the medical field I was shocked but pleasant ly surprised they cared like they did. Thank You all. You ladies are truly what getting patients back to health is all about.
With every good review comes a bad one. Front door ER security the night I spent on the 3rd floor. The words and actions of the security guard was atrocious. I just came off surgery, I'm nervous, my family is nervous because we do not know what's happening so as my wife comes into the security zone she openly admits like she always during a security check that she has 2 fake knees from replacing them. The one guard says to her " You're too pretty to have bad knees." I know, I thought the same thing when she told me. She's not one to lie or fabricate things so I'm a full believer this happened. Her husband is being observed upstairs, she's on the phone with family, my insurance and trying to figure out what's going on. Who would say that. She clearly has a ring on and professionally its wrong as a person who's job is to protect life and property thought it was a good time to flirt. Its taken me a few days to write this as to not write out of emotion. Now, my wife is more nervous and would rather stay where she feels safe, what am I to do, I just had surgery, I'm in Recovery and I hear this trash. I understand Allied owns the monopoly in florida and employ anyone since their testing is open book.
I'm disheartened this happened to her while she was making sure I was ok. Its purely sickening. I asked for the name of the guy but she was shook up and couldn't remember it. Is that what PBH wants? People are already afraid to go to hospitals. Security is the first line of customer service. Failed. Sorry but I meant what I said in the first part and Furious my wife was treated unprofessionally in that matter, Hopefully future patients and their families don't feel alarmed that security is not paramount to their security team. It's gross misconduct. I was in that field for over 20 years and integrity should be instilled in their job description. My next review is to Allied.

0/10 i DO NOT recommend coming here. My husband & i came inside and we had been waiting for hours and one thing about me Iām very patient and understand that this is a health care facility so it could be busy but the way today went i was completely in disbelief . Anywho, he was in excruciating stomach pain and couldnāt stop vomiting. They called everyone else name but his . They even called people name who came in after us which is crazy! Weāre from Miami and never had to deal with what they showed us today &No one came to help literally no type of urgency or care. They didnāt even offer him a vomiting bag . Like what the heck? We ended up leaving without getting help. I donāt like places that hire workers that are literally only there for one thing & i can guarantee you itās not for PATIENT CARE. Get it together seriously. 0/10 i DO NOT recommend coming here.
