This is the second time I have been to this location and again, I was surprisingly impressed with the staff.

Each and every person I spoke with was very friendly, helpful and polite.

Hands down the best office staff, nurse, and physician! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and Clyde Blaylock, APRN, went above and beyond to ensure we received the best care possible. It’s rare to find a provider who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on—highly recommend!

Healthcare, businesses in general, seem to be losing touch with the fact that they provide a service, and consumers can take their business anywhere. I chose to be treated here, however there are MANY other options for urgent care and walk in clinics that I will seek out if I need another visit. The staff at the front desk were great. The nurses kept letting the door slam close. The provider, Lindsay Hayes, had a poor attitude. I asked her to lower her voice because my infant was sleeping, she laughed and continued as she was. The next time she came back into the room, I asked her to lower her voice again, she laughed again before toning it down.
I am also annoyed that antibiotics are being prescribed without for sure knowing that it is needed.
Treat people better and have some respect.

I suggested my husband go to urgent care because had been nursing cough due to cold about four days. Reluctantly he agreed to go. When he got there they told the amount and he immediately walked out and called me. He said I’m not paying that I’ll just continue what I’ve been doing and it’ll get better. While he was out talking to me Gail was investigating how she’s been able to help get in to see the doctor. Gail thank you so much for coming up with a solution to the problem. Your genuine concern was greatly appreciated. We can’t thank you enough.

First of all making an appointment was very easy. Just picked a time online. When we got there the front desk, Gloria was super nice and helped my 85 year old mother do all her check in paperwork. Everyone was very nice and professional. The PA Tim was very kind and took care of what we needed. We were in and out of there in 45 mins. Awesome!

Dr. Timothy is remarkable! He was so compassionate with my Mom and the quality of care provided by him and the explanations were detailed. Staff is just as amazing and kind. Unfortunately many urgent care facilities don't have an X-ray department but I'm truly grateful this location has it! Something to consider if your loved ones need this additional service.

I went in the day after Christmas late in the afternoon and was immediately greeted by Islande. She was kind, professional and super friendly. Which I must admit made me feel better. The entire staff was friendly (Robin & Kelly), even though they had had a very busy day. My wait was very short and easy. I have been here before and if needed will return and recommend to others. Great experience. The young lady at the registration desk was kind and understanding.
The physician Assistant , who treated me, was wonderful. He did everything he could to alleviate my discomfort. Very grateful.
