I truly believe that Bayside Recovery saved my life. I was spiraling down over grief, alcohol and very loose boundaries. I connected with Bayside Recovery by phone. Morgan took my call and set me up for an appointment within days. At that first appointment which was an evaluation of my needs, I knew I had found the place and people who would be able to help me.
Kerstin was my primary therapist. She worked with me one on one and allowed me to feel comfortable sharing my issues. She had great insight. She also facilitated some of the groups I attended.
Becky facilitated most of the groups I attended. I have had years of counseling but the group work REALLY did more for me than the previous years of counseling. Thank you so much, Becky! I highly recommend the group sessions offered by Bayside Recovery. I progressed so much faster when working with the group members. I still have friendships that started in my groups.
Anthony was also a positive part of my time with Bayside. He always had a smile on his face and made everyone feel welcome.
I have been remiss in taking too long to write this review but believe me when I say that Bayside Recovery is a life saver. I have maintained my sobriety and sanity since the day I walked in to the office.

I went to Bayside Recovery and Wellness for therapy and Ashley was my therapist. Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had! They treated me warmly and made me feel safe and cared about during a very dark time in my life. Truly i can say that I would not be here today if it hadn’t have been for the help that I received through them. I owe them a debt of gratitude that i will never be able to repay. Thank you to the entire staff!!! What you do MATTERS!!!!

I sought guidance from Bayside voluntarily about a year ago and I feel like the experience helped me immensely! I worked with Becky and let me tell you that she is a God send. If you’re the type of person that can’t look in the mirror or have any accountability whatsoever, Becky is not for you. Becky is so kind, authentic, and most importantly (real). You can count on Becky to walk the walk that she talks about. Over time shopping for therapists, I’ve found that means the most me (someone who lives the life they are recommending). Overall, Bayside is a great establishment and Becky is amazing! P.s. shoutout to Nancy and Anthony for being so responsive and kind up at the front desk.

I can't say enough about the staff here. They are welcoming and helped me get to the bottom of my issues. If you are looking for Therapy or are a Veteran struggling with anxiety or PTSD, there may be someone here that can help. Kerstin was my Therapist and I can't speak highly enough about the help she provided. Give it a shot. You won't be dissapointed.

I came to Bayside Recovery and Wellness with some recovery(12 step work) however I needed to work thru some very difficult issues that were holding me back. At Bayside, from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the calm enviroment and despite my nerves felt the people very kind and accommodating. I was evaluated and matched with Kerstin...she is amazing! I felt safe and ready for the help she had to offer me...with guidance, homework, group sessions, EMDR, I was able to process the pain of my past and remarkably get to live a life worth living! Thank you Bayside wonderful staff for what you do for people!!

I sought out counseling for Military related PTSD that has adversely impacted my life for several decades. Having tried therapy previously I was skeptical, but kept an open mind because I knew I needed real change if I hoped my life to improve. As I entered therapy, certain life circumstances changed which made my need for therapy even more acute. I was in trouble; I needed help.

After 6+ months of intense therapy, I can unequivocally state that the staff at Bayside can and will help you learn/develop tools to equip you to better live your life.

That said, there is no magic involved. As a patient at Bayside, you will have to commit yourself to WANTING to make the behavioral changes you will be introduced to. If you have an issue with substance addiction, you need to quit using substances. If you have a detrimental behavioral issue, you need to break that behavioral pattern. The staff at Bayside will help hold you accountable, but ultimately it is you who have to hold yourself accountable if you truly want lasting improvement.

If you try to cheat any of the accountability measures, you are ultimately cheating only yourself.

Changing things that impact us as human beings at our core is not easy; it takes prolonged concerted effort. But it is these core level issues that have such profound impact on the trajectory of our lives.

There is no way to undo the military experiences that caused my PTSD and have had such adverse impact on my life, but with the dedicated and caring staff at Bayside, I have learned tools to help me accept what happened and try to better cope with the impacts.

I am deeply grateful for the incredible service that Bayside and their excellent staff provide to those of us in need. I will have to continue to practice these tools on a daily basis, but I could not be more thankful to have the opportunity to try to continue bettering myself and my life.

The only limits on the benefits you can glean from Bayside are the limits you place upon yourself.

I can't say enough good about Bayside Recovery & Wellness.. The insight, help and careing that these individuals provided is unmeasureable. I believe every thing happens for a reason, and therefore, my consequences for a very bad choice, were not all bad, for sure. The lack of help and communication with this facility that I’ve experienced has been very disheartening. Becky was absolutely horrible expected me to know what to do without any instructions. Talking down to me because of my history. They want you to be sober before attending their facility they do not help you to actually be sober nor do they listen. At first I really wanted to go to this place but now I’m glad it did not work out.
