Dr. Shannon Williams and Carla Mull are unable to diagnose or assist with simple a broken bone. Dr. Williams tried convincing a patient into going to the ER and getting surgery for a potential broken bone before even getting an X-ray done. When the patient questioned William's opinion, she began belittling and acting condescending towards the patient.

Carla believed the patient had multiple broken bones. Dr. Williams, though not qualified to make a diagnosis, decided to only write down the injury as a "nondisplaced fracture" so the patient would have to wait a week just to be seen (despite pushing for emergency treatment right before). The doctors did not call or reach out after receiving an X-ray of the injury and the patient could not get a hold of them over the phone. The patient had to go back in person to be told they had "multiple broken bones".

The patient ended up having multiple issues and a displacement these doctors were unable to correctly identify or name.
The incorrect statements and poor diagnosis these two doctors make could potentially have a permanent effect on your life. Prepare to be told incorrect things that will only confuse you. They proved they do NOT care what happens to you by not even bothering to contact the patient, being outright rude to them, and blatantly misdiagnosing. They seem to barely care at all about their malpractices.

If I could put no star I would
Everytime I try and make an appointment I get lied to by the office people. today when I called and asked about an orthodontist I was told by a man “that this was for Indians” as if I didn’t know but I just felt disrespected and discriminated and it was surprising to me

Doctor was amazing, communicated everything with me since I had to translate for my mom. Made sure I was comfortable and understood everything clearly. Staff at the dental could’ve been nicer. The male was nice and helpful! The woman wasn’t

great medical but the dentist part not so great at all I feel they favor other patients therefore that's why it's hard for me to get in. when my surgeon made it very clear with the dental department that I need to have my cavities done so I could do my knee replacement but nope were they do they called and cancelled and now pushed it out until March and I feel it's done on purpose. it's all about favoritism there

I've been going here since I was a child like 18 years and they have excellent results in aid of medical, dental, and behavior health. I will never change my provider. Joe is the best dentist and Dr Stele is the best doctor. God bless you all.

I love this place but the dental department always has people that seem so miserable and give off attitude...just called for my mom and the receptionist was super rude.

I am a chronic pain patient, and when I first moved back to Marin county from college (in Europe) I had literally 3 pills to last me until I could find yet another Dr to RX me again;
NOT ONLY DID THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT (rare for most medical professionals to treat patients with respect, ESPECIALLY if they think said patient is a drug user/abuser), BUT ALSO TREATED ME CARINGLLY AND COMPASSIONATELY!!! AFTER MY FIRST VISIT THERE WHICH LASTED ABOUT 35 MINUTES: I WAS ABLE TO REMAIN ON ALL ohhi I HAD been being prescribed 4 a long while now, in EUROPE, Amsterdam, Netherlands/Holland, stay @ "The Pulitzer"; on Princengraphft street becuase their concierge has personally set me up with a few different doctors that are contracted with the hotel. Anyway have a wonderful morning. Hopeful these people come thru for me.

I was most impressed by Indian valley medical projects giving me the exact same medications I have been prescribed and Amsterdam being Dilaudid 8 mg and oxycodone 30 mg immediate-release, Q 2-4 HOURS-OR; as needed for"breakthrough pain" (meds) /aka "chronically acute breakrhroiugh pain that sneaks to through your nervous system and I don't even know it's there until it knocks u out!!!! AND OXYCONTIN 40mg q 8 hours, and 100mcg/hr transdermal (GEL) fentanyl patches!
