Efficient and professional. Appointment was quick and on time. They could stop with the performative masking; questionable effectiveness when everyone is wearing them on their chins. Not sure many clients really care much anymore.

I really liked that I was able to schedule this at 730pm. This way I could complete this after work. The site was really easy to locate and clean. The staff was light so it wasn't crowded. I arrived sooner than my scheduled time, and they took me earlier. Straight forward with lots of communication. They showed me empathy with my injury buy taking extra care. The tech kept checking in on me during my test. I highly recommend 👌

Nice folks. Scheduling was a breeze. Both my MRI & Xray technicians were super pleasant & efficient. Got in and out quickly. Cash pricing was excellent. Not sure what all the negative reviews were about, but my experience was totally solid. I don’t give 5 stars unless, like AMAZING. which is rare. So my 4 stars are closer to a 5.

The imaging process was professional and satisfactory. Unfortunately, they were behind schedule and I was early for my 12:30 appointment. Consequently, I had a wait of 1.5 hours before I was seen. Other than that, it was an easy process.

very easy check in. knowledgeable and personable technician--he explained each step and what to expect. cost was reasonable. only downside: doctor is only there 1X/week to read the results, so I won't have results for at least a week. if you want/need the results quickly, you may want to inquire about timing. (I recognize that 7-10 days may not be overly long for the industry--I actually don't know, but it's longer than I'd prefer to wait. 🙂 )

Everyone was very kind, courteous, and professional. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen, despite having an appointment, which would not have been an issue except I was told on the phone I would be in and out quickly, so I did not plan childcare accordingly. Allow yourself plenty of time.
