I first came to see Dr Logan, she was very kind and thorough and straight! I relocated to the north bay and selected her as my doctor bc of that first encounter. Shortly after, Dr Eman became my doctor. I am so grateful for her.
When I was pregnant during the pandemic, she was a lifesaver. She treated me and my spouse w the utmost care. Being an older first time mom, she understood my fear though always encouraged me to look ahead. She treated my spouse with the same care. I had a very large baby and she was at my side during my labor and delivery, she arrived only 4 hrs after leaving for the night to follow up w me bc my recovery had become complicated. She was there, still caring for us and still encouraging me.
My son is three now, he was 10.5 lbs and nearly 22” long. I’m only standing at 5’2” and fairly petite. I couldn’t have done it without the team at Womens OBGYN.
I continue w my care here to date.

Dr. Emad and Amelia have made me feel so comfortable during my pregnancy. They really listen to you and care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Please don't use this group for OBGYN services especially if you are going to have a baby! Mine almost died and I have heard other nightmare stories from other moms.

DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I went in for Morpheus 8 treatments. Paid $3500 for 3 visits. The first visit went off without a hitch. A little painful but that’s to be expected as the numbing cream did its job. For the 2nd visit I was asked to arrive early so that could take effect. That seemed a little odd since I’d been before and everything went well. When Amalia got started the pain was unbearable. She decided that lidocaine injections would alleviate the pain but she injected in random places only one of which was the least bit effective. She injected into my upper lip and I had to ask her to stop so that I could recover. No less than 3 times did I experience what felt like an electric shock. Amalia basically said, “whoops I wasn’t holding it down hard enough”. The pain was excruciating. It was so much different from the first time that I asked her what level she was at. She said it was a ‘3’. I asked her what it was the first time and SHE DIDN’T KNOW!!!! She had to refer to my file. One would think she’d have done so before my visit so that she’d at least start there. In response to the pain all Amalia could say was ‘I’m sorry’. This was a heinous experience and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I contacted the office to cancel my 3rd appointment and ask for a refund. I’m told that all they can do is offer a credit or another procedure. DO THEY THINK I’D GO BACK THERE? I was told that I needed to speak to Dr. Emad as she owns the practice. Dr. Emad did not call me back so I called. Sweet Lisa at the desk answered the phone and asked for details to fill the doctor in. 2 days later I still did not receive a call so I called again and was finally able to speak to the doctor. She said that “We have a no refund policy”. I asked her who the “we” was she was referring to. She said it was the practice. I asked who owned the practice and she had to admit that it was her practice. Therefore, it is up to her to make the refund which comes to $1,166.00. She kept trying to push me into other procedures or product. I was adamant that I would not return. She could have cared less. Please, please do not go to this practice. There are sooooo many reputable practices in Santa Rosa!!!

I recently had the opportunity to avail of the services at the clinic, and I must say that overall, it was a mixed experience that left a lasting impression. Dr. Logan's remarkable bedside manner undoubtedly stands out as a highlight of my visit. Her expertise and compassionate approach are truly commendable, and I have no reservations in stating that she is amazing.
However, my journey as a pregnant patient had a couple of concerning moments that warrant discussion. As expectant mothers, we naturally yearn for not only top-notch medical care but also an understanding, respectful, and empathetic treatment throughout the process.
My first disappointment stemmed from a phone call with Nurse/Midwife Amalia. Upon receiving the results of my glucose test and expressing my concern, I was informed that Dr. Logan was currently unavailable. Amalia proceeded to diagnose me with gestational diabetes, and when I inquired about the possibility of retesting, she was dismissive and brusque in her response. Furthermore, she referred me to the Success Sweet Program without providing any details or follow-up notifications, which left me feeling unsettled and uninformed about the next steps in my care.
The second aspect that left me dissatisfied was the handling of patient queries by the front office team, particularly regarding billing matters. As a patient covered by Blue Cross insurance, I received a bill from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) without a clear understanding of its correlation to the services provided by Dr. Logan. Naturally, I wanted to ensure the legitimacy of the charges before reaching out to CDPH. Unfortunately, the front office team's response to my queries lacked the level of professionalism and attentiveness that I had hoped for. It was disheartening to face such a communication gap, especially when seeking clarity on important financial matters.
I must acknowledge that my family members work in the medical field abroad, and this background has instilled in me a profound appreciation for the dedication and hard work of healthcare professionals. My intention is not to undermine the efforts of the clinic's staff but to emphasize the significance of patient respect and understanding, particularly during sensitive phases like pregnancy.
Overall, while Dr. Logan's exceptional care and compassion were evident during my clinic visit, the overall experience was marred by the communication issues with Nurse/Midwife Amalia and the front office team. As a patient, I believe that even amidst the challenges of a busy medical practice, a fundamental level of respect and empathy should be extended to all patients.
I sincerely hope that my feedback will be considered constructively, and that steps will be taken to address these concerns, thereby ensuring a more seamless and considerate patient experience for others in the future.

My husband works at St.Joseph’s hospital and he mentioned to another doctors that I was looking for an OBGYN. The doctor recommended that I try Dr.Emads office. I should have read the reviews first. So I scheduled an appointment for an IUD placement on The 4th of November. I emailed them a copy of my insurance card for insurance authorization purposes. The day before my scheduled appointment on November the 4th the receptionist called me to inform me that no one had ordered my IUD so she wanted to reschedule my appointment for the 11th of November I was slightly bother by this but I complied.
Yesterday I go in for my appointment, staff members are not wearing mask and are openly making comments about clients while I am sitting there waiting for my appointment. During the appointment Dr.Emad starts by telling me that I should take a pregnancy test prior to my IUD placement, I explained to her that I have already taken 3 different pregnancy test within the last week in preparation for my IUD placement. Then she starts with, telling me that I should come back tomorrow. So she can put in an order for me to get the pill that helps widen the cervix to help with the insertion. I explained to her that this is my third experience with the IUD insertion. I have tried it with the pill and with out the pill. Explaining to her that I would just like to go through with my IUD placement today. So then she leaves the room and I over heard her say something through the door “ Ill just wing it” confused by that statement I waited for her to come back in. She comes back in the room and says that my insurance has not been authorized for the procedure. Mind you I’ve been sitting on the table half naked this whole time going back and forth with this women about this IUD. She says the procedure could cost you $1500 with out authorization, and I tell her that’s fine I’ll pay out of pocket (btw birth control is always converted) . I just want to get this over with at this point but she keeps pushing. Explaining to me that she doesn’t think I want to pay out of pocket. I explained to her how ridiculous this experience has been with both her and her office. First they didn’t order my IUD for my first appointment, now I’m here and she wants me to take a pregnancy test (ok fine), then she wants me to come back tomorrow, and now she tells me they did not authorize my procedure. I’m really disappointed in the lack of efficiency and care.
At this point I am extremely annoyed, this office keeps giving me the run around and obviously there is no clear leadership because nobody knows what the hell is going on! So I walked out . This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any “doctor”. I will not be going back, I will not refer anyone to this office. In fact I will tell people to steer clear from this ridiculous place.I will also be informing my insurance company of this situation since I did not receive any service yesterday. Today 11/13 they called me back and asked if I wanted to get my IUD placed because they got it authorized through my insurance. I kindly said no and asked that they never call me again.
Update: they still called me after I asked them to stop. On top of they billed my insurance even though nothing was done at my appointment?!? No diagnosis or examination? Are you out of your mind?

Dr. Emad is ok. But stay away, the ladies at the front are not informed on what medical Insurance is accepted. It changes depending on who you talk too. I found the Dr. on Blue Cross which said she accepted Sutter Pacific (I know it’s the doctors responsibility to update that information on blue cross), Now the story is that Dr Emad uses their website (Sutter), and interface, but only accepts Meritage and Redwood insurance? Now I’m screwed with a bill because her staff is is careless and not very intelligent within their craft.

I am pregnant for the first time and it's with twins. Yay! I went in for a complaint because my feet and ankles were very swollen at 13weeks. Dr. Emad told me that I need not to call the nurses because they were to busy and if I had a question to make a list and wait till my next appointment. This is my first pregnancy and if I have a question I should be comfortable enough to call and ask a question. I would not recommend this doctor it was rude and she didn't run any test to make sure everything was ok.
