My children have been going to Annadel pediatrics, which hasn’t always been Annadel pediatrics for the last 36 years.
Their staff has always been professional, caring and family.
Dr.Smith who has retired, is simply an amazing human being, and I thank him for all he has done.
I have always loved being part of and fill grateful to have such amazing staff be part of my children’s lives.

Terrible way of treating new patients. We were assigned to these pediatrics and from the very start Devorah Britt, was very condescending. Making every excuse under the sun to not see my son. First it was documents needed, we told her we would have them ready by the day of his appointment. Then, issues with our insurance. Were fixed right away. After that she claimed we needed even more documents, so she changed our appointment. Two days after, she wants to change our appointment Again. After days of blowing up my phone and coming up with every excuse, she said they couldn’t see my son at all due to the provider not seeing anyone after a certain time and so she just said “call your insurance and ask to be assigned somewhere else” just like that. No respect of patients time. Also, every time she called, she would bring up how my mother (legal guardian)” can’t speak English right” ,AFTER I was told multiple times they had an interpreter available. Not that she would have needed one anyway.

Dr. Bierne is a great doctor, but his receptionist, Jennifer really seems to lack compassion and basic human consideration. If I wasn't very very ill at the time, she would have scared me away from seeing a great doctor. After initially having a bad interaction with her, she was also rude to the diagnostic company that I was working with as well. It is unfortunate, because I really do feel that Dr. Bierne is great, but unfortunately, as with many doctors, the patient interacts more with the front desk staff than with the actual doctor.

Was sad to see Dr. Smith retire and my son still calls it "Dr. Smith's office" but am happy they brought in Dr. Greenfield and NP Dan Hayes because my son sees them a lot and still enjoys going to the doctor
Dont get me started on the office staff, we love them! 🙂 al the ladies are super great and really care about the kids that come in.

Extremely unprofessional and degrading. The way this entire place speaks to you is beyond me. They nearly double dosed my son and the pediatrician blamed ME when I am the one that caught THEIR mistake before it was too late! This place is ridiculous and seemingly does not care about children.
