The staff were friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal. The assistant for the doctor was professional, friendly and clear with her questions and directions. Dr. Dickey was clear and concise and professional with my exam and with the medical advise she provided. Very nice!

I have had very good experiences in the past but this time with Angie Abboud was not good. It was the day after Christmas they were churning people out. It is rare and very important to get to see a dermatologist, I live in Mendocino and we do not have any, my Dr. referred me and I was dismissed, asked why my Dr. did not prescribe, said she did not know what my skin issue was and said other was my age. Not accurate.

Redwood Family Dermatology provides excellent patient care. I am disabled on a walker, and when I was done the nurse even helped me get my shoes and socks back on, which I need tools to do at home. I always felt respected, regardless of my disability, and Dr. Park was very thorough and professional with her examination. Her manor is extremely warm and caring. All the staff greeted me with smiles and my experience was very pleasant.

It is getting rarer and rarer to have a long-term doctor/patient relationship, but I've been with Dr. Schwartz for over 40 years! He is punctual, attentive, goes over my history each time, checks previous work he has performed on me, and offers a summary statement.

Very efficient at everything that they do.
I’m very happy with the results of my eye surgery for cancer.
The only problem with Redwood Family Dermatology is they need more doctors so that people can get an appointment with them in less than 6 months.
But they are worth the wait.

Always grateful to get to see Angie Aboud for body checks. Everyone working here is professional and polite. The online pre-registration wasn’t working this visit. Got stuck somewhere then blocked me. Just tech stuff, the human side is great.
