A really wonderful experience. I've done other Ketamine treatments and Liminal 's approach is much better. And the kind, knowledgeable, caring therapist helped me a lot. And they worked closely with me to match my schedule. It was a life changing experience. Thank you Liminal.

For anyone considering Ketamine therapy, I previously did lozenges even up to the max dosage. I never found the experience as deep or meaningful to me and basically hit a limit on addressing what I could. I did a lot of research and decided IM (not IV) by a trained doctor paired with a trained therapist was both the most effective and safest way. And I was right! I was able to go deeper and have better insights that give me hope for lasting change.

I have been paraplegic for 43 years. I had chronic pain, anxiety and depression that hadn't been improved with talk therapy nor with medication. I was very active when I was younger but had lost all interest in anything and stayed in bed. I started Ketamine therapy April '23 with Liminal Medicine for their several week course. I was curious about ketamine as a possible approach for dealing with my grief-fortified lifelong state of depression. Years of standard medication and talk therapies provided minimal relief. I sought out information about ketamine from the highly trained practitioners at Liminal Medicine. Celeste and Suegee answered all my (lists of) questions and when I decided to try ketamine I answered all of their questions during a very careful and thorough evaluation process.
New to psychedelics I was as prepared as I could be for the rich and unpredictable ketamine journeys. I trusted these experienced and dedicated women and was not disappointed. They consistently demonstrated unwavering integrity, generous kindness and positive regard for me and this process.
Ketamine provided me a change of perspective toward and surprising access to deep emotional wounds as well as powerful spiritual freedoms. At all times the experiences were safely managed with Celeste and Suegee as companions and guides.
The delicious and mostly beautiful ketamine journeys were just the beginning of change. For me the difficult work has been integrating these experiences. Celeste, who witnessed and supported me throughout the sessions, has assisted me in putting insight into action over time.
While it is difficult to measure personal growth I can report that I have a more gentle perspective and generally feel lighter hearted, more sensitive to and more understanding of my own self and circumstances. Gratefully, my sense of humor has been revived.
Less subjective and more measurable signs of change include a 50 % decrease in anti depressive meds, and a decrease in need for therapy from weekly to monthly.
My life is better because of the gifts of ketamine assisted therapy in combination with the exceptionally fine care of this group of practitioners. I know the doors at Liminal Medicine are always open for me. This is where my celebrations are shared and my difficulties held with compassion. Grateful.

I consulted several times with Dr Suegee to see what kind of treatment could be useful for me. She's clearly very knowledgeable, and was clear, patient and thorough with her explanations and advice. Ultimately she referred me to another provider who was closer to me and more suitable for my situation. But I'm very glad I took advantage of Liminal's free inquiries. In my view, they are still a cut above the rest in terms of truly assessing a patient's needs and being up to date on the most effective treatments. Also they were lovely to work with - warm and professional. I definitely recommend them!
