He is so unprofessional and insufficient as a doctor. Can't get in touch with his office and they have deserted the location with no follow up or reference as to how to get meds or health care

If I could give it a negative 10 stars I would! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, and UNINFORMED office that I've ever had to have contact with! I would not call this a medical office because the "Medical" staff is NEVER in the office. Every time you call, you are not properly greeted. You ask a question and the lady who says that she is a nurse has food in her mouth and tells you that she CANT answer your question the office manager has to but to call back because the office manager is not in. You're told that everyone is running late from the office manager to the Dr. All we need is paperwork completed and it's takes 3 months or longer to get a signature. This is supposed to be a caring career, ones who care about their patients but seems to me, the staff here don't care about nothing but money! I would NOT, I repeat I would NOT recommend Dr Badawa, his nurse or office manager to no one! If my fish was sick, I would not take him there, that's just how much faith that I have in this place... NONE!!

My husband went to see Dr. Badewa and at first everything was great. The problems we experienced after leaving this office were crazy. Our prescription insurance needed a prior authorization from Dr. Badewa’s office. For THREE DAYS the office staff told me the office manager had to fill it out and she wasn’t in until the last 2 hours of the work day each of the three days On the third day I finally just drive to the office and had to sit in the lobby until they faxed over this authorization form. I thought great it’s done...no, not at all. My insurance company didn’t receive this fax. So I had to keep calling for 2 days. At that point, Dr. Badewa got on the phone with me and told me that he would talk to the prescription insurance company but not me and to stop calling. Fast forward to a 5 days later, I was informed by my insurance company after they called the office several times that not only was the doctors office sending the prior authorization to THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY but they also weren’t filling out the form correctly. ? ...After all was said and done, Dr. Badewa got money from our insurance company for seeing my husband but my husband never received the prior authorization from this doctor or the office staff and had to pay $100 out of pocket for the medication.
So, if you are looking to be seen by a doctor and office staff that will dismiss you, disrespect you, and belittle you as soon as the door closes behind you this office is the perfect place for you.

The staff were great but the doctor did not listen to anything I said. I have had fibromyalgia for years and he tells me my pain is caused from lack of sleep. Yes that makes it worse but that is not the cause. I have to go get my medical records from previous doctor myself and he "doesnt know" and pain doctors to refer me to. I have to find one myself smh

Does not actively listen. If a patient expresses pain and trouble with day to day activities/working due to an accident then who are you as a physician to say a patient feels otherwise or your pain is not that bad? I cry every morning just getting out of bed and this physician here states it's "not that bad."...very rude. Will not be returning. I hate my primary care is out of the office this week. But I couldn't wait cause I was hurting all weekend and this morning
