I can only speak for my hygienist Jaime —who is very thorough and personable. She’s a great hygienist who’s very careful in her work. She might be the best I’ve ever had! But I can’t give a five star review, it has nothing to do with her, it’s just a facility, the phone rings forever, no one ever picks up, no one returned your call when you leave a message. Sometimes you hold for a long time and just hang up on you, but if you can get past that, it’s important to focus on the practitioner and the dentist is great. I saw him once during COVID, he referred me to an oral surgeon who was unrelated to this facility but also excellent

Dr. Cunningham is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, his medical assistant is also absolutely amazing! This review however, is for Claudia. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a misplaced prescription while I was moving. She stayed on the phone with me while the triage nurse got in contact with my doctor who is out of the country. I am so grateful for everyone here. They make my life so much easier. Thank you Sebastopol Community!

Phone messages have gone unreturned. When I tried to get in with Dr. Danan, I was given the run around and multiple excuses. I am aware that you need to see their primary M.D. Prior, but could never get in. I feel they are disorganized. Their intentions may be good? But good intentions don't get rewarded.
