The entire staff has turned what could have been an unbearable situation into a comfortable experience. They are friendly & empathetic while maintaining a professional atmosphere. There is almost no wait time, they are courteous and they treat you in a fashion that acknowledges you as more than just a number and puts your mind at ease. In one word, fabulous.

As always I am sure when you say Radiation people get a little scared of what is going to happen. My experacne was great. Everyone there was very perfesonal and made me feel comfortable threw the whole time I had Radiation. The Doctor explained everything that was going to happen in detail. All in All everything was great.

It was great. Nothing like I thought it would be. The staff is really caring and explain what they are doing. I would recommend RPCC to anyone. Also, there is very little waiting time in and out which I loved.

I just completed my 39th and final day of radiation treatment at RPCC. The staff there is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about them! There were days when I felt ok and other days when it was a major chore to just get through the treatment. But every single day, from the friendly greeting at the front door to when I was walking out the door at the end of the treatment, all the staff members were supportive, understanding, friendly and kind. In my opinion they all made what at first to me seemed an impossible treatment process, a very doable and very positive procedure. Thank you to all of you at RPCC.

Everyone in the clinic is very kind and encouraging, especially when I continued to attend radiation when I was feeling done/down. The woman who checked me in initially generally engaged the automatic door, and the action made me feel special and acknowledged as I walked inside. There was a fabulous selection of teas in the waiting room, and one could work on a puzzle while waiting to be seen. Doctor Rao explained all of my choices to me, and he was patient enough to give me a bit of time to process and then respond back. The radiation team worked immensely hard to help me remain comfortable when I encountered some issues. When I rang the bell after I finished 3 weeks of radiation, everyone in the corridors clapped all at once. It made me feel amazing! Thank you for all of the support, happiness, sincere listening, and patience that you had while helping me.
ps The clinic has a lovely natural feel with the Eath art, and I found it calming and beautiful.

I currently being seen at RPCC. I cannot express enough how impressed with the level of care I get on every visit. From the greeting at the front door(everyday) to the staff that I past in the halls and the team that gives me my treatments. Everyone in this office treats you with respect and kindness. The needs for RPCC I’d not wish upon anyone yet I’ll highly recommend for their empathy, compassion, professionalism and joyous support. Even during the potential frustration of surrounding construction, the entire staff stayed smiling (behind masks), up beat and comforting. My family and I would like to once again thank the RPCC group for providing life saving and soul healing support for us and many Cancer patients 🩶🙏🏾
