Trash front desk customer service. Extremely racist only taking good care of specific kind of people . They neglected The immigrant or anyone with accent .

I signed up for individual plan I called to get some blood work they told me wait until May .

Last week they told me will make sure to see doctor next week became May 17.

Good luck trying to get an appointment with this group. Most of their doctor's are not taking new patients. They requested medical records, I sent them they received them, after one week I still have not heard back to maybe get an appointment. Good reviews on the doctors, what good is that if you can't get past the front desk!

I feel very blessed to have Sharone Perlman as my nurse practitioner. She is outstanding. She has helped me with several issues during the last few years. She gives me her full attention and her follow up phone calls and concern for my well being are a rare thing in this day and age. I can't ask for better care. I hope Mission Heritage Med Group takes good care of Sharone....she's worth every penny (oops! every dollar).

I have been going to doctors at Mission heritage for more than three years and they’ve all been fantastic. I never really have a problem getting appointments, seeing my doctor, getting a call back or getting my prescriptions. Its all been very good. I see Dr. Benner as my primary care physician and he’s very proactive.

Primary care doctor left the group. Called to make an appointment and left clear message, but no one returned call. Walked in an waited 1 1/2 hours to see doctor and was told they don't write prescriptions for walk-ins. I provided a new pharmacy address and information, and they sent the prescription to the old pharmacy. This location is too busy and the handful of people working there function too slow. Urgent Care centers are a dime a dozen and I suggest the reader look elsewhere for care.

Love, love my Drs., the lab and all of the providers there at Mission Heritage. I just called the billing dept. because I'm out of town and don't have access to my mail right now and I want to pay my bill. The woman that I spoke to was rude, rude, rude!!! I was being pro-active in wanting to make sure that I was up to date on any payments that I owed. How many people call to make sure that they aren't owing anything? I accessed my EOB and was showing some patient payments due. I didn't have an invoice from them but I happily provided my information. The woman on the phone was impatient and rude.

I’ve been stuck with these people for a few years and I’m very unhappy I mean my cardiologist can’t even call in my prescriptions. My pharmacy called over 10 days ago and I’m still waiting. Do they not know they are playing with lives ? This has been the case for years in fact two years ago it too over two weeks to get my heart meds. This is completely unacceptable and should be reviewed by some entity that oversees these practices

First of all, Joe is AWESOME! Very personable and professional. Second, this urgent care office is a clean & comfortable environment with friendly service. I feel heard in my concerns and comfortable coming here for care. Highly recommend.
