Recently visited. Although walk-ins are available, make sure you schedule an appointment, as wait times can be pretty exhausting. However, once you get seen, everything else is breezy. They give free tests, and can lock you into various resources for your needs. Overall an 8.5.

The front desk were very friendly. The dentist and his assistant were not helpful at all ,while we were doing the paper work the dentist said he had to leave in a hour. They took us in for our examine then they said there was nothing he could do for us. Horrible service do not recommend

They have always been helpful and kind the times I went there.

Here’s a picture I was able to take last month (January 2022) with phone numbers and times they are open. Hopefully this picture is helpful for people since the phone number on google maps is not updated. They have different phone numbers depending on what you need.

This blows out of the water any preconceived notions one would have of a "free clinic". No long waits or crowded reception area with demoralized people, thanks to Covid 19 they have mastered the concept of appointments so well that an occasional walk-in doesn't throw everything into chaos. A visit will generally never take longer than an hour from entry to exit, and every staff member, I cannot say enough good about them, the level of professionalism, discretion and compassion is humbling, and puts to shame many private medical practice offices. I've been trying to get a friend to take full advantage of this free public service for the better part of a year, regarding a possible syphilis case and he insists on using a private lab, who has bumped his appointment by a month twice in the last year. Outrageous and disgusting. Angers me beyond the pale that as a matter of policy people will favor private enterprise over a public service and the results are fubar.

Was told over the phone (which they do not have updated here) that the dentist does extractions as the only kind of procedure, yeah fine I need my tooth out asap. We get there, suddenly "The doctor doesnt do extractions, just Xrays and consultation"

So now im sitting at home unable to sleep, in agony with a bag of barely effective ibuprofen some antibiotics, a completely decayed and excruciatingly painful tooth and a list of non free dental surgeon.

"Orange county dental program, emergency dental" Yeah, if your dental emergency calls for basically a pat on the head and a promise and not any tangible, practical action.

Maybe, dont tell people that services are available when they in fact aren't.or inform your employees better so they don't give false impressions of procedure availability over the phone.
