They have very very bad behavior, don’t pick up the phone, they forget to send your lab test to laboratory, they took my blood for TB test, father 15 days I came for results but they said we need to take the blood again and you needs to wait for another 15 days,
I never never recommend this facility

Called several times to make an appointment and was placed in long holds. Why do they have staff ? If they are not going to do their job. We are calling to seek care from a professional, we shouldn’t be neglected from care.

Terrible i couldnt make appointment. Nobody answer the phone. Then you leave a message but they never call back I do not recommend this community clinic

The doctor's are great but people that round the office never call you to set appointments to discuss your results with your doctor. Stay on top of things for your self the office don't care

I just went to this facility and I must say it was a great experience. From scheduling, to being seen it was a professional operation. The physician spent a lot of time with me and the techs were great too 👍

Recently I was referred by Cal Optima to this clinic
Straight to the point the nurse practioner reported false information to the dmv which revoked my drivers license and after 2 plus months I won my appeal and got my license back
I am seeking counsel to further investigate this situation and I would suggest not using this clinic
I feel they run up unnecessary authorizations and they diagnose you with a serious but false illness to make money off the insurance company
They are also responsible for me loosing my job

This is my doctors office. They have a wonderful staff always helpful and compassionate about whatever you are going through. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good doctor with a terrific staff. I would give them a ten star rating if I could.
