Dr. Tran has been the kindest and smartest doctor I have been to in forever. She really took the time to look at my chart before coming into the room and used her knowledge and experience to provide practical input to what I was experiencing. She provided an immediate treatment plan and explained some contingency plans in case I need to try something different. She even pulled up a picture to help me understand what she was explaining. She took the time to make sure that I felt heard and that she was addressing everything that I was concerned about. Honestly, I am so relieved I was able to see Dr. Tran and feel so confident in her providing me the best care possible.

Definitely would not recommend. Came in for a check up and another issue she seemed nice but in a hurry told her my problem and was told "we don't do the here" you're a primary care doctor it's your JOB. A simple urine test would have solved my issue instead I was sent to a specialist who also didn't seem to know what he was doing. Run far and fast from this place. I also like the generic response to the negative reviews

I have seen Dr Tran for years. She is very patient and has a nice bed side manner. Getting appointments is easy and she also does video appointments that are very convenient.

She's a very kind person, in general.

Though, she's argumentative without explanation for resisting preventive medical care. I had another Dr. explain it to me.

Also, I don't think she was careful enough looking at my test results and said "everything looks good" passively when actually I need to address an issue and needed an educated plan on how to do so, which I'm also receiving from another Dr. now.

I saw Dr. Tran for years, but in the last couple years, I've felt like "just another patient" to her--someone to get in and out the door as fast as possible. Very disappointing.
