ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - RUDE - UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE that have know idea how to be in the people business.

I supplied Palm Beach Tan RSM with an American Express card with no preset spending limit however every other month they send me threatening voicemails from rude unprofessional people stating my no limit american express card has been denied if I don't update my card they will charge me a late fee.

The failure/decline of my Amex card is a Palm Beach Tan RSM company issue not due to my Amex - Palm Beach Tan has had so many issues of suspect billing practices that some credit card companies will deny the card if Palm Beach Tan RSM tries to bill it a second time because they have had so many complaints/chargebacks- like other customer reviews no matter when you no longer need Palm Beach Tan RSM service they continue to bill you and Palm Beach Tan RSM is known for this suspect business practices just view the other reviews that customers have left.

WhenI cancelled they tried to make me sign a release form and when I refused, the worker at Palm Beach Tan RSM goes " Well will just keep billing you" if you don't sign the form. UNREAL

I am praying to the lord above that they bill me text month, I AM SO HOPING THEY DO, I would love to litigate there suspect business practices.

Rude and unprofessional and suspect people will never step foot in Palm Beach Tan RSM again.

If you have had an issue with over billing and continued billing after cancellation please reach out to me for possible legal remedies, this is the exact type of conduct that Class Action Lawsuits are designed for Company wide they are taking advantage of customers.

District manager Brittany, she is nasty has no idea how to run the business.. They have been taking money out of my account even though I havent been there for months.. I requested a refund didn’t get it, so just canceled my membership finally and walked away.. Their stuff is also very bad for your skin, made my skin very wrinkly and dehydrated.. Never again! They just wanna suck your money!

What a delightful and professional young woman at the front desk this evening no joke she was so efficient helpful and let me know about the misc products I might want to try. It really makes such a difference when thier is a competent and upbeat person there. My visit was on a Sunday afternoon

I love At The Beach Tanning Superstore! Reed was so helpful and made my experience very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about each bed and made signing up very easy. She knew the best products in the store!

Have been to many tanning salons through the years and this one is the best. Due in part to the staff. REBECCA is the best! Always knows the best deals, remembers you, and is just friendly. It's always clean and everything is working. Love my little At The Beach!

I have been coming to this tan salon for years. Their beds and rooms are always clean and I find they only offer suggestions on purchasing products when they have sales available. Their prices are what I'd say are industry average and they are always offering specials and discounts on tanning and products. The staff is generally always friendly and happy to help you get a great tan by suggesting various levels of beds and products to maintain a nice glowing tan.

I am a redhead with fair skin and I love getting the level 2 spray tan.. when it starts to fade my skin looks a little blotchy no matter how much lotion I put on, but no matter what kind of fake Tanner I use that happens anyway.. but at least this spray tan looks the best and lasts for a good 5 days
