I was feeling bad and had my blood preesure checked at home 174/114 on the verge of a stroke so I called them cause its my primary doctor and finally got through after about 20 calls .Then I tell them I need my blood preesure medicine sent to my pharmacy and the secretary says your doctor was busy with patients and it can be between 24to48 hrs before I can get medicine:! Worst practice I've ever seen hopefully I don't get a stroke

I love Dr. Bufford and his staff. Everyone is nice and professional. I've never had a long wait and my family and I are always treated very well. Dr. Bufford is great as are the others on his medical team.
A staff makes a huge difference in a practice and they're great. They definitely know what they're doing and they never seem rushed or hurried even if they have a full waiting room.
The office is brand new and so clean. They are most definitely a 5 star practice. They even have very unique music when you're on hold. ?

You wait hours beyond your appt time to see the doctor. But if you’re 15 minutes late, they make you reschedule, even if you call to let them know you’re running late and they tell you to come on anyway. Christy Young is a joke.

I have been visiting Dr. Bufford for about 7 years. He always knows who I am, knows my complicated medical history, and always is able to help me, or refer me to someone that can. I am a licensed medical professional, so I recognize the quality medical care I receive with him. He is always up to date on prescription drugs. His office is always helpful. When he is unavailable, I do not mind seeing Dr. Michael.

Hands down one of the best doctors and for my family the only doctor, even if we ever had to wait. Staff and Dr. Bufford and Dr. Michael are truly kind and caring. They take the time to actually listen and do what is necessary to help you through whatever your issues maybe. If we ever leave Auburn you can believe that we would all miss them terribly because of their trustworthiness and compassion. I could see our family driving back to see them for care that is how much I trust them with myself and my family.

Doctor Bufford is a 5. Follow up after bloodwork is a 3. Over week after visit no contact. Call office to get results. Lady said they are too busy for better service. Rediculac.
