I cannot say enough great things about Ginny. She was wonderful, sat and really listened to me, even through my tears. She went out of her way to do any test she thought that might get us answers, knowing that I fear cancer. If only she was at my GP. She even called when the prescription was sent to make sure I got it. Also, I was in very quickly. I don’t like the digital sign in, but I’m old, so I’ll live with it. Will absolutely come back as needed. The previous nurse that took care of me was just as awesome. Got me on my feet quickly with a shot and some prescription for the bug I inherited from my grand babies. 10 outta 10 for both visits. Wished I’d found these ladies sooner. Nothing but love for them both.

Got right in to see Dr. I was in and out within a few minutes. Great experience as always. I was sick and so thankful I did not have to wait a long time. I made my appointment the night before. I love the fact that I can make an appointment for a clinic. I never have to wait very long! Great job! Everyone was professional, nice and timely. From the signing in to the Dr. I recommended this clinic to all my family & friends!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Even though I scheduled an appointment, I still had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour and a half and another 30 minutes when I got back in the room. There is absolutely no point in scheduling an appointment because every walk-in will go ahead of you anyways. All of the reviews I read were really good so that is why I decided to go there, but I personally would not recommend.

Always friendly and helpful staff had me checked in and we barely had time to sit before we were sent to triage. My 9 yo feels comfortable enough to talk to the professionals that saw her and I feel they listened. The directions and dosage for treatment were explained clearly and thoroughly.

This was my first time visiting the Urgent Care. My experience went really well. The receptionist walked me through everything I needed to do to get signed in. The wait time was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and friendly she really made me feel comfortable there. Overall experience was very good.

I was in and out in no time. My appointment was at 3pm, and I was out by 3:20. The doctor was really nice! The front desk Clerk LaShiva was VERY rude! She had THE NASTIEST attitude. I do not think she’s a good fit for your company. People are coming in not feeling well. The last thing we want to deal with is someone’s nasty attitude.
