I came to Michael after injuring my back while playing ice hockey. The pain migrated from my lower back/glute to my knee and was particularly intense when I tried to sleep. I got to the point where I could hardly tske a full stride without pain. I couldn't skate, or ride my bike, and was even worried I wouldn’t be able to go on a planned trip to South Africa to go on safari.
