Was with my sister, only the receptionist was nice. Eric was supposedly a nurse practitioner was rude and actually ugly to my sister. We were referred by her doctor to go there. He offered absolutely nothing and showed no care or compassion toward my sister. He actually was afraid of her since she was having to do dialysis. He said "we are express care and you need emergency care". We went to emergency room, was there all evening and she had an UTI. They gave her a bag of fluid, which we were told he should have given her. If you need care, stay away from express care, but if you're needing a facial scrub I'm sure they will be willing to see you and take your money. How he keeps his job is absolutely disgusting. Must say Eric we saw at the emergency room was great, was very caring and absolutely professional.

Kind folks. Help me get better when I was sick. Great staff, clean facilities. I'm thankful cause we got relocated due to a hurricane destruction. During all the chaos, I got pretty sick. This place helped me out.

Incompetent, Incompetent.. They done xray and said it appeared I had fracture & Helen Keller hospital would call with follow up. No call , & when I called back they said no fracture when they read xray.. Apparently they to Incompetent to read xray..

The staff were friendly. Called ahead to ask if it would be a long wait because I was coughing alot and not breathing well. I was informed that she could not tell me that.
It was already decided to go the few block and tough it out. My review is almost identical to Rant Smiths with the add note that when I requested a printout of what they had examined on me there was nothing they had preformed expected taking my vitals!! Will not be going back. Will go to the ER. Seems like a insurance scam

I went for my appointment and everything went smoothly. The problem is the pharmacy I had them send my prescription to was out so I called them early on a Friday to send the prescription to another pharmacy. Several hours later , the prescription was never called in to the other pharmacy and I called them again while I was at the pharmacy and still my prescription was never called in. Monday afternoon, I gave them a call to let them know my prescription wasn’t sent, the lady put me on hold then several minutes later, the phone started ringing and no one apparently was at that extension so I called back several times and no one answered the phone at all. I am very disappointed

I took my mother in an hour or so before they closed because she had been sick with abdominal pain and gastro symptoms. We had to get a negative rapid Covid test before going in, which was fine, but that meant we did not get in to see anyone until a few minutes before closing. He asked her a few quick questions, told her she likely had Covid despite multiple negative tests, drew blood, and told us to come back the next day for fluids because she was dehydrated and he "didn't want us to have to go to the ER." She went the next morning and had the fluids and was not examined again. We ended up taking her to the ER (which is what we should have done to begin with), and she had a ruptured appendix and a perforated bowel and is currently recovering from emergency surgery. She could have died and if proper examination, attention, and care was given they would have realized it was an emergency. I'm sure this place is fine for a runny nose, but for anything more I would not recommend as we were rushed and a *major* medical emergency was completely missed due to inattentive care. I would give them zero stars if I could, though I will say I appreciate the ease of their drive thru Covid testing and utilize it often.

I have gone to this group a couple of times with wildly different problems and been pleased-which is why they are getting three stars not two. This time I went in with swollen painful fingers that had been injured a month ago. They xrayed and said they’d have the doc look and call me back. No call back. I called them and was told by someone I believe to be the receptionist that there was nothing wrong. I said that there was and they said it was caused by an old break that hadn’t healed correctly. That break was forty years ago and on another finger. It is not the problem with my currently swollen fingers that have a large knot on each one. I was told maybe I should call bone and joint. Yep.
