Without question the worst experience I have ever had with something like this. They asked for Rx documentation from my doctor twice, never followed up with me ever. I ALWAYS had to initiate update questions. They did call my insurance to confirm coverage and then said they did not bill insurance for this equipment. More than 2 week delay on this matter when I could have simply ordered it with the first call. No excuse for this kind of service.

Really bad service, more like no service at all. They don't answer phone calls or emails. I gave them some slack for Co-vid -19, but no communication at all is unbelievable and unacceptable. They get terrible reviews every where else which makes these short 5 star reviews really questionable. They also told me they don't do business in Richmond or Contra Costa County. They also didn't give me a call back requesting an appointment to have my Bi-PAP checked and fitted because of continuing leaks. As noted on other sites like Yelp, you can buy this stuff online for half the price if you don't need service. I knew that but tried to do business with them so I could get the equipment cost free through my insurance. But out of pocket? Go online.

I have to say that this medical equipment is of some of the best quality I've ever seen. I can tell the gentleman who maintenance these items. Take very much pride in what they do. The drivers can be characters sometimes but altogether. I am grateful for the service I received from ron andrews.

Hospice ordered delivery of a special mattress for my aunt who is bed bound and whose pain levels make any movement dreadful. Charles showed up to deliver mattress just prior to the Petaluma Fire Dept move team, and used his experience to help us think about the best way to lift her while he switched out the mattress. It was very quick and seamless, with not one yelp from my aunt. I appreciate Charles's professionalism and good nature. He along with the professional, good natured firemen made an already stressful situation, a breeze. Thank you.

Worst place to deal with. They have ignored my request for Cpap supply after I have emailed them over and over again.
Would not trust this outfit to handle my medical supply period.
