I recently started my care at the One Medical office on California Street. My provider is Stephanie Baubie, what a huge contrast to the care I was receiving prior to meeting her. The office staff, the laboratory staff are all nice, but it's the care I received from Stephanie that left me speechless.
She truly took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Every time I had a test or laboratory work done, I got a quick response with the results. I walked away from the first consultation feeling I was on cloud 9. It did not matter if the results of my tests were not always positive, but just knowing she cared, made a huge difference. Thank you Stephanie, you are the best!!

Our primary doctor, Dr. O, is both an incredible doctor but also so so caring and kind. That description goes for everyone who works at this office! Fantastic experience with this location. I was in a tough position: new to the city, late term pregnancy and struggling to find an OB who would take me on so late in the pregnancy - Stephanie Baubie worked quickly to help me, sending out referrals very quickly and eventually helping me get into UCSF Mission Bay. Much appreciated!

The office is very clean and modern, the staff wore masks which I appreciate as I still take Covid precautions.
