If I could put 0 stars I would! This doctor was absolutely awful! Should get her licensed revoked! I went in there to talk about struggling to lose weight despite training and eating right and she just kept telling me I was overweight! I spoke up about if it was a possibility of my cortisol levels! She rolled her eyes and said no you’re just over weight! What kind of a doctor who states “motivates my patients to exercise and diet” blatantly tells their patients they’re overweight and only diet and exercise is going to do something. This Dr does not know what she is talking about at all and I will refuse to refer her out to anyone I know! Get better doctors!

I saw Dr Love for an appointment, my PCP was not available. I liked her a lot and made appointment to establish care and have her as my PCP. BIG MISTAKE! My visit to establish care was horrible. From the moment she walked in the room she seemed irritated, not kind at all. Didn’t even say hello. She had zero compassion, not interested in hearing what I had to say. She was rushed. Late to my appointment (I was the first patient right after lunch) so not sure why she would have been late. Had I been late to my appointment, it would have been cancelled. I was not a patient. I was a number to her. I needed to talk to her about my depression symptoms but I didn’t even want to bring that up because of her rushed, zero compassion behavior. She is a doctor who does not sincerely care about the patient. Her video on Hoag Medical Group is not true. I left my appointment very sad because I believed she cared. The day after my appointment I messaged her regarding my depression symptoms, and told her I didn’t want to bring it up because she seemed irritated and rushed. I asked if we could discuss this at my follow up. She never responded or reached out to me. The staff called me to make an appointment. I declined. I have yet to find a caring, compassionate PCP with Hoag Medical Group.

In my nearly 77 years I have seen many many medical doctors. So I am well qualified to give a review. I'm extremely happy with Dr Love. She is intelligent, comprehensive, compassionate and enthusiastic, all the qualities one wants in a doctor.

I have seen Dr. Love 2 times and have been very impressed with her approach to my health. She was very precise on what I needed and ask lots of questions and also my thoughts on my health. She has emailed me all that I requested and responded to my concerns. Her office staff have all been extremely nice and done their jobs with knowledge and respect. My whole experience has made me realize how poor my care was from my previous doctor.

I have been treated by Dr. Nancy Love for over 8 years and am impressed by her acuity and medical insights. She has diagnosed minor problems before they become major, treats the root cause, not just the symptoms, and is always cheerful. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Love was the only one to correctly diagnose me and give me the proper medicine that made my 2 year struggle completely disappear. She ran labs on things that no other doctor even thought of doing so I trust her that she knows her stuff. Unfortunately getting an appointment with her is very hard.

After my grandmother was negligently treated by DR NANCY LOVE my mother had to advocate, bargain and beg for better care, and after some MAJOR failures to provide halfway decent care to my 80+ grandmother it was mutually decided that looking for another dr was the only option for us. FURTHERMORE in trying to get the remainder of results of tests done under dr loves care her staff was less than competent! If you’re looking for half decent care look elsewhere!
