They were so kind and helpful. I was so nervous I didn’t know I had to make an appointment. They helped me make one and when i came back they were very kind and understanding of my situation. They answered all of my questions and helped make sure that I would be able to afford my procedure/figure out what would work best for me.

I recently had an appointment with Sharareh Chantel, my primary care provider at Planned Parenthood in Costa Mesa, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care and service I received.
After a few visits with Sharareh, I can confidently say that she works as a healthcare provider out of a genuine passion for helping people. She consistently greets me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Sharareh takes the time to listen attentively to all my concerns and answers my questions with patience and expertise. It is evident that she truly cares about her patients' well-being and is dedicated to providing the best possible care.
Despite living 30 minutes away and having other Planned Parenthood locations closer to me, I gladly make the extra drive to see Sharareh. Her outstanding care makes it worth every mile.

I wish I would've gotten the name of the girl who took my blood. I didn't even feel it! Wish there were more like her out there! The office was immaculate. The wait time was minimal, though I did make an appointment. Everyone in the office was thorough, professional and accommodating. I even was offered a snack and juice after my appointment! I would definitely come back if I needed to be seen!

The nurses here look like they don't like doing their job , so rude , negative energy, not welcoming at ALL! Horrible service . The doctor was nice but the staff.....
