It was super easy to schedule my appointment online. The facility was clean and inviting. I only waited about 5 minutes to be seen once I arrived. They called me back about 10 minutes before my appointment time. The receptionist and staff were pleasant. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I had a very positive experience and would definitely go back again!

The receptionist and aide that took my vitals are so nice and attentive to everyone! I know how tough that is when it's busy. My experience at this urgent care is definitely the best. They were relatively crowded but were efficient at moving people through.

The clinic was not crowded. I got an appointment within an hour and 1/2 from when I went online. There was minimal wait. I liked the provider I saw. He was very knowledgeable and answewed all my questions. Great service overall.

Knowledgeable PA was able to identify a potential blood clot and sent me to vascular imaging. Office staff even made an appointment for me at the nearest Hoag imaging.

I 've been to Hoag Urgent Care several times now. Due to the wait where I normally go, I tried the Costa Mesa location based on Yelp reviews today. Wow... like seriously - I'm still shaking my head at the attention I received and how quickly. Check-in, called right away as my chart was complete. Seen by a medical professional who prescribed an Rx that will knock out the infection I've had for weeks. From check-in to departure, I'd say about 35-40 minutes even with patients in the lobby. I will use this location from now on. Highly recommend!

I love Hoag! The staff at Urgent Care are phenomenal and they take care of you! I've been to other Urgent Cares.. not Hoag related.. not so friendly or clean or warm welcome. Time, Compassion, Care and Integrity is what I see Hoag stands for. Thank you Hoag for setting the bar!

Very knowledgeable friendly provider. Other staff was courteous and helpful. I needed an X-ray and got the results within 1 hour. They called in a prescription to my drugstore. And the provider called me to explain everything. I would go back when needed. Highly recommend.
