Everything in that place is old and outdated. They forgot to send me a text for referring me to an ENT so I will have to call them. They also forgot to do my blood work they recommended. Never saw the doctor met with the nurse practitioner, and she kept going to him somewhere to keep asking questions. I asked for 4 Xanax not even a prescription just 4 or less so in case I have an emergency I can have a back up and wouldn’t have to go call 911 for an emergency. I have severe chest pain and breathing issues right now. The place was so outdated they used the old scale with weights lol. I will never go back or recommend this place. Can’t believe the doctor wouldn’t even introduce himself to me either. I ended up leaving with only a suggestion from the nurse to find a behavioral therapist. Place is a joke. I still feel horrible and now have to find another doctor that takes things more seriously.

Bad service. I request medical records, they told me it was going to take 2 days and Im still waiting after 6 months. They sent me to get blood test, they told me ones they get the results, they were going to call me, they never did ,after almost 2 months I have to call them. Then they send me to get x-rays and same problem I have to call them and after 5 weeks the person I talk to told me that they were going to call me for an appointment its been 3 weeks and Im still waiting I guess they don care. I told my friend about this place she did not last a month she went to another clinic and they really care about their patients not like you guys.
