This place is legit. There are a lot of places in Orange County that are total scams, but Clean Path is not one of them. The staff truly believe in what they are doing, and they’re enthusiastic and empathetic. It’s a dual-diagnosis rehab, meaning that unlike other places they take people who have severe mental issues in addition to addiction. They take the concerns of patients seriously - in my time there two employees were let go for not treating us patients with dignity and respect. Aldo, the guy who seems to be in charge, is a really cool guy who you can feel comfortable sitting down and talking to. The therapists are great, and individual therapy is offered on a regular basis. I will say that it can be pretty crowded and for the first few days there it takes a lot of adjusting - the groups might be so loud, with so many people talking, that it can cause sensory overload. But you quickly get used to it. Every Friday they took us to the beach, every weekend they took us to the movies, and every week they took us bowling. I met some of my favorite people in the world while I was there, and as strange as it seems I really enjoyed my time there. The therapy that I got taught me how to love myself. I really love this place. My only complaint is that it’s too crowded and they don’t provide enough of a balanced diet for the patients.

I graduated from clean path recovery in Santa Ana. I will forever be grateful for this place, they truly saved my life.. staff treated me like family they were always there for me even on my worst day, I never felt alone because I always had staff reminding me that they were there for me. When I got there I remember hating my life and wanting to leave and by the end of my stay there, I didn't want to leave!! I still go back to see staff because I know they will always welcome me there.
THANK YOU CLEAN PATH!

[[UPDATED]] So today marks DAY 7/30 of attending CPR drug addiction program and staying sober. That being said, my review is needs updating now that I've experienced first hand how the company, it's staff and their guests behave and operate. (details coming soon) Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful and like most of the employees and attendees, but with the amount of money going through this company there really needs to be some changes implemented in the companies operation. OLD REVIEW =>(Flying from ID to So Cal currently to attend Clean Path and just wanted to shoot some praise at my man Tyson who has helped me takr the step of getting help and attending Clean Path as soon as possible. I will leave a detailed review after spending some time in the program and the counselors.)

I came from an inpatient program and spoke to Robert on the phone and went there for IOP. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and helped me get to the point where I could cope with the struggles in my life. The company put great importance on cleanliness as well as being fair but firm in regards to rules. They required for me to be out of the house between 9 am-2 pm until I was able to find employment and helped me update my resume. I am eternally grateful for this company and all they have helped me achieve. I currently have over 2 years clean and sober and would encourage anyone else to come to this company for treatment.

obviously pushing their patients to fail in order to get more bodies in and be able to bill another body's insurance! They're irresponsible regarding an accurate drug test history for clients in their system, based upon their personal opinion on a client. Beware, false positives here will be used against you and if you're there for your children/CPS that will harm your case. They count on the fact that as an addict you are easy to discredit, and I personally know someone who lost her parental rights because of this. Complaints have been filed and reviewed by OC Healthcare Services with action taken against Clean Path as a result.

Clean Path (staff and clientele) has been a "God - Send" for me. The staff is very knowledgeable. From the house managers to the therapists, the receptionists to the case managers; I feel that my care could not have been in better hands. The education that I received will carry me thru the rest of my life. And, I have made lifelong friends and gained an unparalleled support system that has and will be with me throughout the rest of my days. THANK YOU, CLEAN PATH!!!

I was a client at clean path off and on for about 3 months, and I have a lot to say about this place. They try their best to create a good environment, but they have fallen short in many, many ways. First of all they do not handle relapses well, and during my stay there was not a single week in which I was not exposed to illicit substances. It is not only easy to sneak out of the residential house, it is easy to sneak back in, too! During my stay clients were consistently having drugs delivered literally to the front door, or sneaking off to pick up and bringing it back in. When paraphernalia was found by staff it was more likely for it to be taken away and forgotten about than for the client to be discharged or sent to detox. Before coming here I had only ever smoked my drugs, and I left shooting up because of the availability and opportunity in the residential house. The staff is amazing, and their hearts are definitely in the right place, but the program falls short in so many ways. Most of the reviews have been made by staff, and they fail to mention how refilling meds can literally take days, they gloss over the fact that often times the clients are left sitting at the center for hours after programming because a ride has not been set up for them. AA and NA meetings are supposed to be attended 6 times a week, but are often skipped for no reason other than the fact that they either don't have a ride or the staff just decides they don't want to go. THE WORST PART is that they started to take in mental health patients. IF YOU ARE A MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT DO NOT COME HERE. They've taken mental health patients and literally put them in rehab. I don't see how someone could focus on their mental health when living with recovering addicts. They have to sit through drug education, relapse prevention, NA and AA meetings, and everything else that comes along with rehab (like recovering addicts' mental instability.) I have heard rumors while I was a client there that they are currently under investigation for insurance fraud, and I saw and heard of many stories that prove they are committing this crime while I was there. I have had the door to the office shut in my face MANY times while asking for meds because the staff were "busy," and half the time the facilitators for groups were either completely unprepared or didn't show up until the group was halfway over. They don't ever have lunch to the center on time, and they consistently run out of food at the residential house. Even when they don't run out of food it consists of frozen waffles and cereal (if there is any milk left.) The staff often has to drop whatever topic the group they are running is about just to listen to an hour of complaints from the clients about many different things in the program. Even after the program director held a group specifically about what the clients would like to have changed, nothing was different at all. This place not only didn't help me in my recovery, but I was left in an even worse position than when I started. One staff member while I was there sent out an email stating that I had sex on the patio outside, and sent in pictures and videos of me sitting on another client's lap. The pictures and videos showed absolutely nothing explicit yet the program director sat me down and told me that I had committed a crime and I had to argue for myself to prove that it didn't happen, even when there was no evidence. This same staff member would consistently sleep on the job, allowing another client to sneak out and drink and do drugs very often, and he would also take his shirt off while working, and even gave me my medication without a shirt on!! Like I said previously, (other than the one man,) the staff is amazing and caring and everything you would want in a staff at a rehab, but the program has so many faults and flaws that I don't believe it will be a productive and helpful program for a long time.
