Cereset has made such a difference in my quality of life. For the first time in years, I can fall asleep easily without the use of medications or supplements. My experience with Chris at Cereset has been very positive. I went to Cereset because of difficulty sleeping and problems focusing. My brain wouldn’t relax, constant thoughts.
After my first session I noticed a difference on my drive home. My brain was calmer and my thoughts were more organized. Then my first night…I slept through until morning and felt rested. Usually I would wake up a few times for no reason and wake up exhausted. I have been going back for tune ups and continue to have the positive results.

Cereset is a lifesaver for me. It has helped me to heal my brain in ways that I didn’t believe possible. I now imagine a life that I couldn’t have dreamed of before. Through betrayal trauma therapy I learned that it is not normal to constantly have problem solving and planning thoughts running through my mind. No amount of talk therapy or mindful meditation was helping me. When I started treatment with Chris at Cereset finally I began to experience what it’s like to have a restful mind.

My ruminating thoughts began in childhood, family of origin set those in motion. My marriage of 32 years ended when my husband chose to live full-time with people and women that I was previously unaware of. Years of betrayal trained my brain to look for danger everywhere. My mind was cemented in hyperventilate safety seeking. When my husband left, the ruminating thoughts that had once seemed normal were amplified by a million. They were negatively impacting every part of my life and especially my sleep when I first went to see Chris.

After the initial package of Cereset sessions I noticed a HUGE shift in overall peacefulness and quality of sleep. But I have 55 years of ruminating pathways to heal. It is taking patience to achieve my lofty goals for my brain. There were many modalities and layers of treatment that I have utilized to recover my life, I have now discontinued everything (including traditional talk therapy) yet Cereset remains. I continue to have tuneups every 4 to 6 weeks. When I got busy with life and missed a few sessions, I discovered the ruminating thoughts and sleep disruptions started creeping back in. So I will be seeing Chis and Truman indefinitely. The peace I gain in my mind is worth every penny.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the kindness, compassion, care, and patience that I have received at Cereset. I am eternally grateful that they make this life alternately treatment available. Without the dedication of Chris and Truman, I would still be struck in my restless, non-stop ruminating thoughts.

My journey throughout life has had quite a few traumatic events which resulted in me being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Prolonged Grief Disorder. For many years I have been on the path of healing the traumas I’ve endured by seeking various modalities of therapy. It has been a painful journey achieving daily inner peace. Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) I have found quite a bit of healing, HOWEVER, when I discovered Cereset, I thought that the two would complement one another. The Cereset was basically the cherry on top. The first day of Cereset I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t experience immediate results. I told myself to keep going and that I did. As a math lover, I play a hard math puzzle on an app. Most of the time it takes me about 6-8 minutes to complete. After Cereset I completed a perfect score in 1 minute and 16 seconds.
