Very friendly front desk person. The medical assistant was also very personable and listened intently to my issue. I felt like the doctor really understood the potential gravity of my situation and responded as such with her treatment plan. There was very little wait time. My wife referred me here because she had a great experience the day after she moved here. This was a radically different and positive experience than other urgent care visits I have had in other states.

I love this office. Urgent care and primary care in the same place, and both are quality in my experience. Online appointment setting is quick & easy, I can pretty much always get an appointment same day if not within the hour, but walk-ins are also fine and the wait isn't bad even during peak times. The staff have consistently been pleasant and helpful & it's a very welcoming environment for queer folks.

The portal is also really helpful because you can view all your test results in detail next to the interpretation from the doctor, and it's all saved in one place along with messaging. So you can use the messaging service to ask questions between appointments and refer back to the answer later. They also send you mssages showing exactly what they prescribed you and when it was sent to the pharmacy, so you have an accessible history of all visits, diagnoses, and services at the office in one place.

My primary care doctor here, Dr. Kwan Chun, is a really good listener. His energy is very relaxed and not rushed, and he asks a lot of good questions and makes connections between things. Excellent bedside manner and a friendly face. I couldn't be happier.

Only got services from nurses. And pay attention, they sneakily charge your credit card without sending a bill first. Once you enter your credit into their system, there will never be a chance to remove it. They will keep charging until satisfied. They are so desperately in need of your money. They don't know the appropriate way of doing things.

THEY SCAM YOU!! STUDENTS WITH SHIP DO NOT GO!!
Issues: 1. They charge you more if you have insurance, which means you might end up paying more vs if you pay out of pocket.
2. They don’t inform you there is a chance you’ll have to pay more
3. Rude staff if you ask about the payment issues
4. Insanely expensive charge for a visit (they charged me $500+ for an urgent care visit and a covid test)

Called ahead and made sure to ask if they took my insurance. They said yes so I went there. Few weeks later I got a very expensive bill and when I called they said that my insurance covered less than half the bill. They also said they charge people who have insurance more than those who pay out of pocket which is NOT okay! If they had told me that was the case I would’ve paid out of pocket!! They should tell you how much they charge and there is a chance your insurance won’t cover and that it’s less if you pay out of pocket. Absolutely not okay.
When I called and asked about my bill and brought up these issues, the person was very rude and quickly got an attitude as if I have no right to ask about my bill. I went to urgent care and they charged me so much for a simple covid test. They also said they would call me with the results and how to proceed from there and they NEVER called me back. Who does that? How do you run a healthcare business and supposedly help people but you don’t even call them back with their results? People rely on you and put their health in your hands but all they do here is scam you out of your money and don’t even care about your health. STUDENTS DO NOT GO HERE
