This company is run by people who want to charge you extra $$$ everytime you pay. They take only checks and money orders. Who has checks anymore? Who wants to pay $ to get a money order? Then they charge extra for using a credit card.
Looks like they want you to show up in Fairfield at their office with cash. Time to get out of the stone age people. Don't rip off your patients families who have no choice to which ambulance they get. Shameful.
The actual ambulance staff are great.

These guys are amazing! They came so fast after my mom called 911 and were able to get my dad on his feet again. Watching him just fall to the ground out of nowhere was terrifying and I’m just so glad we have services like these in this country to help in those hard moments.

An absolute scam. Provided no service and no transport and bills you 1700 dollars for a 2 minute call. Although California Law strictly states that interest cannot be accrued to medical bills, according to their billing department they charge 3% after 2 years. I am a former New York State EMT and can tell you for certain that these people are predatory. Never use this service.

I was rear ended in an accident. When the EMT's arrived they treated me with dignity and respect. They listened to everything I had to say. They supported me and my decisions to help get me out of my vehicle effectively. They always responded with courtesy and respect even when I was yelling out in pain. Their professionalism and kindness made a bad situation a little better. When they dropped me off in the ER they wished me a speedy recovery. Thanks.

All I have to say is thank you . I panicked after my 2 month old was gagging/choking and it didn’t seem like my efforts of trying to help her was working I called emergency.. thankfully I was able to clear her airway, but they came in under 3 mins . You guys are a blessing . Thank you.

i appreciate You saving My life. Near 5:30am of 12/24/15. I was transported (code3) from Kaiser-Vallejo to Kaiser-Vacaville. I was the last trast transport for the team of three. My antigue cane was put in the ambulance when We left #17 in e.r., but it didn't make it to I.C.
