I’m 100% satisfied with the amazing service this facility and staff treated me with. Needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and they right away gave me an appointment for a consultation and with in 2 weeks later I had an apt for my surgery! Dr Nordloff is so caring! You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and loves his job. The rest of the staff are also very professional & nice. The day of my surgery they made me feel so comfortable and explained every single step of how things would go down! They even called me the day after to ask how I was feeling. If I could make this my primary dentist for any work needed on my teeth I 100% would!!! 20/10 *

Dr. Andres Herrera is a very compassionate, kind and caring doctor. He explains in detail what he will be doing so you know exactly what to expect. I have had many procedures done by Dr. Herrera and so has my family I wouldn't go to anyone, but Dr. Herrera. His assistants are also great and they know what they are doing. I have total trust going in for procedures knowing that I am going to the top Dr. and having his assistants that go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable at all times. I recommend Dr. Herrera to anyone that is looking to have this type of service.

Literally the best experience I’ve had. This really may be the best guy in the states.
The whole staff was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared. It wasn’t a fake type of friendly, either. They were all genuine.
A nice young lady came in and asked some questions prior and did some x-rays and was very easy going. Went into the room and took a bit to be seen, but not too long at all. (I’ve been stuck in doctors rooms for 2 hours waiting to be seen so this was great).
Dr. Herrera came in and started analyzing immediately. Asked solid, no nonsense questions, and began examining my jaw. His knowledge blew me away. After he was finished examining, it was like a switch happened in his brain. He went from very analytical and “Doctor mode” to explanation mode. I brought my mother with me and he spoke directly to us and used very nice diagrams and explained what was wrong with me. He was *very* knowledgeable and it was easy to see he has a true passion for what he does.
All in all very caring staff, and probably the smartest doctor I’ve ever met.

Dr Herrera and team took great care of me from the time I walked in the door. He came in and explained all that needed to be done and answered all my questions. The doctor and team made me feel at ease being so tensed up about the extraction and it was quick and painless. Thank again Dr Herrera and team. I will definitely be back.

I had a consult with Dr. Herrera yesterday. His staff was so welcoming and professional and his office is beautiful and immaculate . I was a little nervous Lucy said don’t worry he is really good, she was right and he explained everything the plan of action to me. He was very thorough and showed me a couple of things and I was like wow I would not have known that . I shared my experience with my daughter and my office staff, they were impressed. I told the girl at the front desk I know several people that he could really help. I had several bad experiences as a child and have always been terrified of the dentist which prevented me from going for many many years. I would get terrible anxiety, I was nervous but no anxiety whew. Can wait to get started on this project.

Dr. Herrera possess two unique qualities in dentistry, professionalism and caring. The procedures: extraction and implant were thoroughly explained and all questions were answered. Previously, my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Herrera with outstanding results, thus I have full trust in Dr. Herrera and his operating staff. The administrative staff are exceptional and more than accommodating. Update on post. Now I am in phase 2 of the implant process. The procedure went well and a day post op I am feeling great/ Thank you Dr. Herrrera and staff!

In February, 2017, I needed to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled and was referred to Dr. Andres Herrera. Although it is not a procedure needed by many people in their 70's I found Dr. Herrera and his staff completely professional and was pleased with my treatment. Later this same year It become necessary to have 4 more teeth extracted and have two implants placed along with bone implants. I had such competent care from Dr. Herrera that I elected to have him perform the surgery even though I had 4 implants previously by another doctor. I highly recommend his services. I hope you'll use them when the need arises.

Hi hello I never leave reviews but this Hass to be said had one of the best experience going to the dentist as it should be !! Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Everything was as great Dr Nordlof in Watsonville in my opinion, is the best. Extract One for my wisdom teeth #32 😃 they even followed up by calling me to see how was I doing great and GREAT highly recommend.
