What can I say about Therapy South. ALOT!!!

I began my healing journey in Feb . 2024 with this Physical Therapy group from a major spinal neck fusion and then again a few months later for a total knee replacement. My PT ended at the end of Sept. 2024.

Why did I choose this group and why did I go back ?
Because of the kindness , compassion , professionalism and the extensive knowledge of my Therapist Abby . She encouraged me and explained alot about my PT and what my body was going thru . Education is big here. And questions welcomed.

And all of this can be said for all the Assistants and Therapists working at the East Glen Ave.location in Auburn.

It all begins when you walk in the front door and Angela and the office staff greet you and are so kind and truly made me feel comfortable and safe . And that's alot when someone is in pain. It begins with them and flows back into the PT room.

So, long story short. If you are in need of Physical Therapy please consider Therapy South !! You owe it to yourself to get the best skilled care you can , in a great environment.

I highly recommend Therapy-South Auburn. My therapist Ryan treated my right knee which became arthritis with spurs under the kneecap, and also my right Achilles tendon which was enflamed.Because of Ryan's treatment the pain went away and I was able to walk without a cane.

Therapy South is the absolute best!!! You walk in and are immediately given a smile and a hello from the receptionist group. They are always so kind to work with me if I am running late or need to change my appointment time. When you enter the treatment area everyone speaks, which immediately puts you at ease. I am fortunate to have Dreher my “PT Hero”!!! He worked with me when I was at my lowest with back pain and hamstring issues. I now have simple exercises I can do at home to keep my pain level down. If I start hurting Dreher has me come in to evaluate and gets me going so I can get out on the Pickleball courts again!!! Thank you Dreher!!! Thank you Therapy South!!! Y’all are Awesome!!!

TherapySouth Auburn has been a lifesaver. After experiencing a severe back issue that left me with a right drop foot, my independence was on the line. I’m so grateful to have been referred to a place with incredible therapists who have been supportive, encouraging, and creative with my treatment. I’ve got an arsenal of tools to use and implement as I start to taper off because of my insurance. The only thing I will note is that the billing is super confusing - but this has more to do with insurance. I know the therapists go the extra mile in figuring out what will be covered and how to go about providing the best care possible under the constraints given by insurance/budgets. This speaks volumes for how dedicated and committed they are to every patient's success. I cannot recommend them more highly.
