Will never go there again. I came in as a new patient. The doctor with the long blonde braids at the Mt Vernon location needs to be fired. How do you refuse to write a Rx for a glucose meter, test strips, pen needles( basic diabetic supplies) to an uncontrolled diabetic w/ neuropathy. My fasting glucose was elevated in the 200s. Explained to her how I have diabetic pain in my legs and feet. She prescribed nothing for that She didn’t even check my legs and feet or asked follow up questions. No lidocaine patches no gabapentin, referral Nothing!! There was no game plan discussed at all.

Her words come back in 3 months are you kidding me I’m out of All supplies. Trash rushed service.

However the ladies who checked my eyes were wonderful front desk wonderful.

Love love love this place. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Stephens actually cares about his patients. He has done so much for my husband. The nurses go above and beyond to get you the help you the help you need. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We drive 45 minutes and it's well worth the trip.
