I chose Dr. Elise Atkins, Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, to enhance my health as I am not happy with my healthcare organization and their way of practicing medicine.

I met with Dr. Atkins monthly for 6 months. During this time I have tested my muscle/fat ratios and performed blood tests. Dr. Atkins had me work with a sports physiologist. Under Dr. Atkin's care I have been able to increase my muscle mass and improve my cardiovascular markers.

I will continue to see Dr. Atkins for maintenance/follow-up care.

I am in my mid 60's and want to maintain my overall quality of health in my latter years and not have to take pharmaceutical medicine. I am so happy to have Dr. Atkins help me achieve this goal.

She shows compassion and understanding, and a very strong curiosity to get to the bottom of any health challenge and find the best solutions.
