THEY ARE THE WORSET. GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOU MEDICAL BED SUPPLUES. IF THEIRS BREAK THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL LIE. Something so simple AS A BROKEN BED REMOTE.. MINE IS CRACKED WITH WIRES EXPOSED.

I would usually give this place a 5 ⭐️ cuz I’d rather get my meds from here cuz they always have them. But some people have e family that calls from many miles away n the cashier was quite rude cuz I’d put my mom on hold when they person in front of my was starting to move. So before the rude comment I’d been on hold before n I’m not hanging up to pick up my medicine. I trust who I’m on the phone with whether you do or not.

Customer service is excellent. They sell medical equipment. I come here for my medications. Unfortunately I cannot stand for long periods of time. And I have to squat down during my wait or stand in line with extremely painful feeling in my back. I would love if they had chairs for customers to sit on during their wait. Perhaps have a ticket system. Delivery service is available, if you are home to answer the door. Still a great option if your unable to pickup medications.

Have shopped here for a few months preparing for family members up coming surgery. They have had everything I’ve needed and more. I have been to other stores and nothing compares to their knowledge, products, and navigating insurance. Shop here first! I don’t know what I would do with out their help.
