I waited in the ER exam room for about an hour before they released me. The male nurse was very rude and cussing because my physician sent me there for an EKG instead of performing it in her office. After he finished he told me I could leave and he walked out leaving the EKG patches still attached to my chest. I had to take them off myself and leave.

My husband went to the emergency room in pain from his stomach, the doctor immediately knew the problem and put him on antibiotics, Mrs. Bessie the night nurse for the hospital was wonderful, she was in my husband room about every hour checking on him and checking his vitals, she was grea, she had him feeling better within the first 12 hours in the hospital.
The room was clean and the cleaning person still came in and cleaned daily, we were there for two days and I must say, I’ve been in a lot of hospital between California to Alabama and this by far was the cleanest and the most caring.

Staff are nice and friendly. Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy there yesterday. Doctors and nurses were kind and understanding. Brought me a heated blanket when I said I was cold. So glad we have this new hospital here in Thomasville. Hope they get more specialist on staff, instead of having to drive to Mobile!

This place does not care about anyone! Ive been throwing up non stop for weeks and i had to go 3 different times in the past few days. and they were like "why are you back ?" How do you say something like that to a patient that is so very sick. I need a tube down my throat to see whats going on but i can not afford it. AND I HAVE BLUE CROSS INS. Whats the point in having a hospital of they arent going to do whatever it takes to get you better? I will say the female dr i saw was very respectful. It was the nurses that were rude.

Worst group I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My wife woke me up throwing up with a migraine on 4/11/2120. I rushed her down the road not even 3 minutes away. With the Covid going on, I was not allowed to go in with her. A couple hours pass and she comes out to the car to go home. She tries to lay down and her migraine was still so bad that all she could do is throw up! I called the hospital and talked to the head nurse and ended up taking her back. I'm not sure if it is an inexperienced staff or what, but I am being hounded to pay two copays for the same problem! Next time we will pass them and go to Grove Hill!an

I have had much lab work and several procedures done at TRMC!! I have always been pleased with the professional, caring service and very knowledgeable employees!!

This place is really rude, I was left sitting in a room when I could’ve gotten my discharge papers. Me wanting to leave cause the doctor had an emergency made it seem like I was doing something illegal. THIS CENTER DOESN'T CARE FOR ANYONE. Or maybe I’m just the wrong color. The people in the back at the front desk are very disrespectful.
