I never write bad reviews but I want to save anyone else from the situation I am in. I was trying to get a product for my clinic from a "family owned company" and it was supposed to have been delivered. It has been well over two weeks and still not even shipped. We need this in a timely manner, and they have our money and are ghosting us! Honestly the worst part is they dont return calls or email back. I would never recommend this company !! If I could give zero stars I would!

This sling works so well on our Safe Bath Chair Lift. It gives plenty of support and dries easy. Very good quality! Highly recommend this product and MFI Medical is super easy to work with.

Placing an order was easy however was not informed order would not ship until January of 2025. After reading other reviews which stated same experiences with late shipping, others that their shipping dates kept getting extended and the very likely possibility my order will take longer than the expected shipping date I was given, I regret purchasing through this company. Would recommend using them if you are not in immediate need of your purchased item.

I just placed my order for a hospital grade pulse oximeter. The people at MFI were very helpful. I was able to duplicate the machine my son is used to. They quoted me a price (including a discount of the week), then waited for me to secure the money and honored the discount they had quoted even though I ordered after that week was past. I dealt with real people each time I contacted them. I wish all transactions could be like this.

I just ordered stuff yesterday. It isn't here yet, so it's too early to say much. The website works pretty well, although it doesn't have a return to shopping prompt; you have to figure it out yourself.

Correct product arrived, It arrived very quickly. My only complaint is a signature is required for delivery, which I get due to cost if the product and porch Pirates. I wish there was a note stating that at checkout. I would’ve sent to my business address or my sisters house. Picking up at the FedEx office where they hold packages is not convenient as it’s 30 minutes each way. I do have a fedex store close by, having an option to send there would be nice.
